SOCIETYՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանատունը, Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու թեմերը և Ռուսաստանում հայերի միությունը հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ:
Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ վերջին օրերին Ռուսաստանի տարածքում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները ոչ միայն լուրջ անհանգստություն են առաջացրել Ռուսաստանի հայկական սփյուռքի շրջանում, այլ նաև փաստացի մի շարք մարտահրավերներ են առաջ բերում Ռուսաստանում ազգամիջյան ներդաշնակության պահպանման հարցում:
«Այս օրերին մենք, ցավոք, ականատես եղանք, թե ինչպես է ադրբեջանական կողմը փորձում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին ստեղծված իրավիճակով պայմանավորված լարվածությունը տեղափոխել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածք՝ այդկերպ հակամարտության օջախներ ստեղծելով երկու ժողովուրդների միջև»,-ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
Նշվում է, որ ադրբեջանական գործողություններն ակնհայտորեն հաշվարկված են այնպես, որ կլինեն պատասխան քայլեր և հայկական կողմը կդիմի քալերի, որոնք արգելված են օրենքով. «Սրանով պայմանավորված՝ դիմում ենք Ռուսաստանի տարածքում ապրող հայերին՝ խնդրելով չմասնակցել որևէ ակցիայի կամ հավաքի, զերծ մնալ սոցիալական կայքերում և այլ հարթակներում պատասխան քայլերի վերաբերյալ կոչեր անելուց»:
«Նաև խնդրում ենք պահպանել զգոնություն և զսպվածություն, ինչպես միշտ եղել է, այս օրերին ևս պահպանել ՌԴ օրենքները, մշտական կապ ունենալ ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպանության, Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու թեմերի և Ռուսաստանում հայերի միության հետ, դիմել իրավապահներին, եթե կլինեն սադրիչ երևույթներ:
Հայտնում ենք, որ մենք շարունակում ենք կապի մեջ լինել Ռուսաստանի իրավապահ մարմինների և իշխանությունների հետ՝ նպատակ ունենալով հարթել ստեղծված իրավիճակը:
