BLOGՍտացած հարվածներն ու կրած կորուստները այնքան էին ցավոտ ու զգալի, որ հաջորդ տասն օրերին ադրբեջանական բանակի ղեկավարությունը նույնիսկ իր հարվածային մարտունակ խմբերին չէր խնայում կորցրածը հետ բերելու համար: Այս հանգամանքը խոսում է այն մասին, որ սահմանի այդ հատվածում նրանք այլևս չունեն դիրքային այն առավելությունը, որը նախորդ տարիներին թույլ էր տալիս ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդիրը ներկայացնել որպես հայ-ադրբեջանական տարածքային վեճ: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ նախկին նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը:
«Հուլիսի կեսերին հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի Տավուշի հատվածում լարվածության կտրուկ աճը, դրան հաջորդած զարգացումները և աշխարհի տարբեր կետերում հայերի հանդեպ ատելության դրսևորումների սաստկացող ալիքը մի քանի եզրակացությունների հիմք են տալիս.
ա) ստացած հարվածներն ու կրած կորուստները այնքան էին ցավոտ ու զգալի, որ հաջորդ տասն օրերին ադրբեջանական բանակի ղեկավարությունը նույնիսկ իր հարվածային մարտունակ խմբերին չէր խնայում կորցրածը հետ բերելու համար: Այս հանգամանքը խոսում է այն մասին, որ սահմանի այդ հատվածում նրանք այլևս չունեն դիրքային այն առավելությունը, որը նախորդ տարիներին թույլ էր տալիս ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդիրը ներկայացնել որպես հայ-ադրբեջանական տարածքային վեճ:
բ) հաշված օրերի ընթացքում քանդվեց այն առասպելը, որ 2016թ. ապրիլյան օրերին և դրան հաջորդած ժամանակահատվածում հյուսվել էր ադրբեջանական բանակի առավելությունների, նրանց կողմից մատուցվող ռազմական հաջողությունների մասին:
գ) սահմանային ձախողումների հետևանքով ներքաղաքական վիճակի վատթարացումից խուսափելու համար Ադրբեջանի ներկայիս ղեկավարը ստիպված էր զոհաբերությունների գնալ՝ ոչ քաղաքական պատճառաբանություններով հրաժարական պարտադրելով իր արտգործնախարարին: Իշխանությունը կորցնելու իրական վտանգի մասին է վկայում նաև առաջին անգամ արտերկրում ապրող ադրբեջանցիներին հակամարտության մեջ ներքաշելը և տարբեր երկրներում հայերի հանդեպ բացահայտ հիստերիա և անթաքույց բռնություններ հրահրելը:
դ) Թուրքիայի կողմից բոլոր ուղղություններով «շտապ օգնության» հասնելը նույնպես գալիս է հաստատելու, որ իրավիճակը ոչ սովորական է գնահատվել նաև «ավագ եղբոր» դիրքերից, իսկ հաջորդած համատեղ միջազգային ջանքերը միայն նախանշաններ են այն ծրագրի, որ նշված երկրներում պատրաստվում են ցանկացած գնով փոխել իրավիճակը՝ նույնիսկ հանգուցալուծում պարտադրելու միջոցով:
Վերոնշյալ եզրակացությունները հուշում են, որ պետք է պատրաստվել ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության նոր շրջափուլին: Տեղի ունեցող վերադասավորումների ֆոնին մեր հակառակորդները ակնհայտորեն շտապում են: Անհրաժեշտ է ռազմական հաջողված գործողություններին զուգահեռ առաջ տանել քաղաքական, դիվանագիտական, մոբիլիզացիոն և այլ կազմակերպչական աշխատանքներ՝ միասնական տեսլական ու ռազամավարություն համաձայնեցնելու նպատակադրությամբ»:
