Ով և ինչու է բողոքում ՍԴ դատավորի թեկնածուի առաջադրումից
POLITICSՎերջին նիստի ժամանակ կառավարությունը ներկայացրեց ՍԴ դատավորի իր թեկնածու Վահրամ Ավետիսյանին, որը Վճռաբեկ քրեական դատարանի նախկին նախագահ Դավիթ Ավետիսյանի որդին է, իրավագիտության դոկտոր-պրոֆեսոր։
Սակայն այս առաջադրումը իշխանությանը սպասարկող որոշ շրջանակների կողմից լուրջ քննադատության ու դժգոհության առիթ է հանդիսացել։ Այս թեմայի մեջ առանձնահատուկ ակտիվ են իշխանությանը սատարող որոշ իրավապաշտպաններ ու ՀԱԿ անդամներ և համակիրներ, որոնք տարբեր գրառումներով, հայտարարություններով ու հարցազրույցներով հանդես են գալիս կոշտ որակումներով։
Հատկապես վերջիններիս պարագայում հիմնական շեշտադրումը Մարտի 1-ի գործի հետ կապված Դավիթ Ավետիսյանի վճիռներն են: Ինչ վերաբերում է հասարակական սեկտորի որոշակի մտահոգություններին, ապա, թերթի տեղեկություններով, դրա պատճառն այն է, որ ՍԴ դատավորի թեկնածուի առաջադրման գործընթացը թափանցիկ չի եղել, և հասկանալի չէ, թե ինչպես է հենց Վահրամ Ավետիսյանը հայտնվել կառավարության տեսադաշտում։ Ի դեպ, կուլիսներում խոսում են, որ ԱԺ-ում նրա ընտրությունն այնքան էլ հարթ չի ընթանալու:
