ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈւԹՅՈւՆ
ԱՀ ԱԺ Արցախի «Արդարություն» խմբակցությունը հրավեր է ստացել Իրազեկ քաղաքացների միավորման Ստեփանակերտի գրասենյակի կողմից (ծրագրերի համակարգող Դանիել Իոաննիսյան) մասնակցելու ԱՀ-ում հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտի կարգավորումների շուրջ հանրային քննարկմանը։
Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, ինչպես գիտեք, հեռահաղորդակցության խնդիրները միշտ եղել են մեր ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Մենք բազմիցս հանդես ենք եկել այս ոլորտի շուրջ առաջարկություններով և հայտարարություններով, սակայն մերժում ենք Իրազեկ քաղաքացների միավորման Ստեփանակերտի գրասենյակի հրավերը, քանի որ՝
1. Հեռահաղորդակցությունը ռազմավարական նշանակության ոլորտ է և նրան առնչվող ցանկացած հարց իր մեջ գաղտնիություն է պարունակում։
2. Մեզ համար անընդունելի է այս հարցի շուրջ որևէ քննարկում մի կազմակերպության հետ, որը ֆինանսավորվում է արտերկրի այնպիսի ֆոնդերից, որոնց հակահայկական, ապազգային բնույթի մասին բազմիցս խոսել ենք:
