Tert.am Life-ի հետ զրույցում Աննան ասաց, որ պատրաստելուց հաճույք է ստանում, նա պատմեց նաև ուտեստների պատրաստման ընթացքի մասին հաղորդում նկարահանելու, Արամեի նախասիրությունների և խոհանոցային իր ձախողման մասին:
Աննայի խոսքով` ամեն օր պատրաստելն իր համար հոգս չէ: «Եթե երեխաները խանգարում են, լացում են, այդքան էլ հաճույք չեմ ստանում պատրաստման գործընթացից, բայց երբ չեն խանգարում, հաճույքով եմ պատրաստում: Երբ ունենում եմ սահմանափակ մթերքներ, ստեղծագործում եմ,- ասաց նա ու հավելեց, որ ձախողումներ էլ է ունենում,- մի անգամ բիսկվիտ էի պատրաստում, հերթով քայլերով տեղադրում էի իմ էջում: Վերջում տեղադրեցի ձախողված արդյունքը, քանի որ բիսքվիտն ընդհանրապես չէր բարձրացել: Բոլորին դուր էր եկել իմ անկեղծությունը»:
Աննան վերհիշեց, որ պատահական է սկսել հետևորդների հետ կիսվել իր բաղադրատոմսերով. «Մի օր որոշեցի կիսվել, թե այդ օրն ինչ եմ պատրաստում: Այնքան շատ արձագանքներ եղան, որ ոգևորվեցի: Ինձ շատ էին գրում, որ առանձին էջ բացեմ, կկիսվեմ իմ բաղադրատոմսերով: Արամեն էլ ասաց, որ շատ լավ գաղափար է: Արդյունքում արդեն ունենք նկարահանած երկու հաղորդում, որոնք շուտով հասանելի կլինեն յութուբյան իմ ալիքում: Հաղորդումներից մեկում ծովախեցգետիններով սպագետտի եմ պատրաստել, մյուսում` շատ համեղ նախաճաշ: Երկուսն էլ առաջին անգամ եմ պատրաստել: Հաղորդումները նկարահանել է Սյոմա Կոդաբաշյանը: Չեմ ասի, որ շատ պրոֆեսիոնալ ենք նկարահանել, որովհետև ես դեռ բլոգեր չեմ: Կարծում եմ` հետևորդներիս դուր կգան, որովհետև «Ի՞նչ եփել այսօր» հարցն ամեն օր բոլորիս է հուզում: Ես դեռ մեկ ուտեստ եմ պատրաստում, բայց մեծ ընտանիքներում կանայք 2-3 ուտեստ են պատրաստում մեկ օրվա ընթացքում»:
Աննան ընդգծեց, որ մանկուց է սիրել խոհանոցը. «Դեռ փոքրուց սովոր եմ համեղ ուտեստներին, քանի որ մայրիկս շատ համեղ է պատրաստում: Մինչև ամուսնությունս խոհանոցում հաճախ չէի լինում, պատրաստում էի այնպիսի ուտեստներ, որոնք, երևի, բոլորն են կարողանում պատրաստել` տապակած կարտոֆիլ, պյուրե կարտոֆիլ: Ամուսնությունից հետո սկսեցի հաճախ պատրաստել ու հասկացա, որ խոհանոցի հանդեպ մեծ սեր ունեմ»:
Երգչուհին նաև ասաց, որ իրենց ընտանիքում շատ են սիրում հայկական ավանդական ուտեստներ, ինքն էլ ամեն ինչ կարողանում է պատրաստել: Հայկական ավանդական ուտեստների բաղադրատոմսերն էլ մայրիկից է վերցնում. «Ես կարողանում եմ պատրաստել հրաշալի տոլմա, օրերս նույնիսկ հաց եմ թխել, շատ լավ էր ստացվել: Չնայած ժամանակատար գործընթաց է` հետագայում անպայման էլի կփորձեմ հաց թխել, քանի որ շատ համեղ է ստացվում»:
