Լոս Անջելեսում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոս, արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Արմեն Բայբուրդյանը հորդորում է Կալիֆորնիայում և ԱՄՆ արևմտյան մյուս նահանգներում բնակվող հայերին զգույշ լինել և ձեռնպահ մնալ որևէ քայլից, որը կարող է հող ստեղծել ադրբեջանական սադրիչ գործողությունների համար, ադրբեջանական հավանական սադրանքի կասկածի դեպքում անմիջապես դիմել իրավապահ մարմիններին։

Հյուպատոսը նաև հիշեցրել է, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին ադրբեջանական կողմի հարձակումներն ու զավթողական նկրտումները վերջին շրջանում տարածում են ստացել նաև աշխարհի մի շարք երկրներում, որտեղ հայահոծ համայնք կա։ «Հատկապես Կալիֆորնիան այդ իմաստով ադրբեջանական սադրանքների թիրախավորման գլխավոր նշանակետներից մեկն է դարձել, ինչի վկայությունն անցած շաբաթ տեղի ունեցած ադրբեջանական սադրիչ գործողություններն էին Լոս Անջելեսում Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր հյուպատոսության առջև հայ համայնքի խաղաղ ցույցի ընթացքում, ինչպես նաև Սան Ֆրանցիսկոյի Կռուզյան-Զեքարյան-Վասպուրական վարժարանի նկատմամբ վանդալիզմը։ Հաշվի առնելով ադրբեջանական կողմից դրսևորվող թշնամական տրամադրվածությունը հայերի նկատմամբ՝ մեր համայնքին հորդորում ենք լինել առավելագույն զգույշ և զգոն ադրբեջանական հրահրիչ գործողությունների դիմաց, ձեռնպահ մնալ որևէ քայլից, որը կարող է հող ստեղծել ադրբեջանական սադրիչ գործողությունների համար։ Հորդորում ենք՝ ադրբեջանական հավանական սադրանքի կասկածի դեպքում անմիջապես դիմել իրավապահ մարմիններին»,-նշել է Բայբուրդյանը:

ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունն իր հերթին կանի հնարավորը՝ իրավապահ մարմինների՝ համայնքի անվտանգության ապահովմանն ուղղված աշխատանքին նպաստելու համար։
