Վերջին մի քանի օրերի ընթացքում բազմաթիվ օգտատերերից հարցեր եմ ստանում ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հարցազրույցի վերաբերյալ։ Մարդիկ ցանկանում են իմանալ իմ դիրքորոշումը, կարծիքը նրա կողմից հնչեցրած մտքերի, գաղափարների և որակումների վերաբերյալ։
Հարցազրույցը, պետք է փաստեմ, կոգնիտիվ դիսոնանս առաջացրեց հայ հասարակության մոտ, քանի որ սովոր լինելով երկրի առաջին դեմքերի զազրախոսության, պաթոսի և պոռոտախոսության, մարդիկ ականատես եղան զուսպ, հավասարակշռված և փաստարկված խոսքի։
Հարցազրույցի հիմքում պետությունն էր, սպառնացող վտանգներն ու մարտահրավերները, պատճառներն ու հետևանքները։ Նա ձեռնպահ մնաց իր անձին առնչվող խնդիրների արծարծումից, իրեն ուղղված մեղադրանքների մեջ խորանալուց և արդարանալու որևէ փորձից։ Չմեղադրեց ոչ մեկին, չանձնավորեց իր խոսքը, չթիրախավորեց ու չպիտակավորեց այսօրվա իշխանություններին։ Ուղղակի հստակ մատնանշեց թույլ տրված սխալները, թերացումները, վեր հանեց երևույթների ու իրողությունների վերաբերյալ ձևավորված խեղված ու աղավաղված պատկերացումները։
Կարճ ասած Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն իրեն դրսևորեց որպես պետական գործիչ, ինչը ուղիղ հակադրության մեջ մտավ Հայաստանում հաստատված <ժողովրդի սրտի> իշխանության հետ։ Վայելելով այդ իշխանության ողջ պերճանքն ու թշվառությունը, դատարկախոսությունը, արարելու, ստեղծագործելու և կառուցելու անկարողությունը, մեր հասարակությունը հնարավորություն ունեցավ համեմատել պետական մտածողությունը անձնական ներքին վախերի ու հույզերի հետ, պետական իշխանությունը ժողովրդի իշխանության հետ, գտնել տարբերությունները, վերաիմաստավորել անցածը և իրողություններին նայել այլ դիտանկյունից։
Կարծում եմ, Քոչարյանը դեռ առիթ կունենա անդրադառնալ իրեն վերագրվող մեղադրանքներին և կներկայացնի իր դիտարկումները դրանց վերաբերյալ։ Այդժամ մենք բոլորս հնարավորություն կունենանք սթափ գնահատելու փաստերը, ապացույցները, զգացական հարթությունից տեղափոխվել գիտակցական հարթություն, սթափ ուղեղով վերլուծել իրավիճակը, անել համապատասխան հետևություններ ու կայացնել մեր պետության ապագայի համար կարևոր ընտրություն. պետական իշխանություն, թե՞ ժողովրդի իշխանություն։
