Չի կարելի հենց այնպես վերցնել և դեն նետել ձվի կեղևը․ դրա տակ գանձ է թաքնված
LIFEԳրեթե ամեն օր մենք աղբն ենք գցում մի քանի ձվի կեղև, սակայն քչերը գիտեն, որ դա արժեքավոր մթերք է առողջության և գեղեցկության համար։ Հենց այդ մասին այսօր կպատմենք ձեզ:
Առաջին հերթին ձվի կեղևը կալցիումի բնական աղբյուր է։ Կալցիումի պակասը լրացնելու համար ձվի փոշիացրած կեղևը (լիմոնի հյութով հանգցրած և ջրով բացած) կարելի է տալ նույնիսկ 6 ամսականը լրացած երեխաներին։
Այն անփոխարինելի է ալերգիաները բուժելու համար, օգնում է ազատվել ստամոքսի այրոցից, կալցիումային ջուրը հրաշալի մաքրում է օրգանիզմը։ Փոշին նաև օգտագործում են կոսմետոլոգիայի մեջ հակատարիքային դիմակներ պատրաստելու և պիլինգների համար։ Բայց պարզվում է, որ միայն ձվի կեղևը չէ, որ օգտակար է։
Ձվի կեղևի տակ գտնվող մեմբրանը բարակ, բայց ամուր թաղանթ է, որը բաժանում է ձուն կեղևից։ Ձվի մեջ այն պաշտպանում է սաղմին, ինչպես նաև մասնակցում է գազափոխանակման գործընթացին։
Ձվի թաղանթի օգտակարությունը
Ձվի թաղանթը հարուստ է կալցիումով, մագնեզիումով, սպիտակուցով, գիալուրոնային թթվով, կոլագենով։ Այն հոդերը բուժող շատ դեղամիջոցների բաղադրության մեջ է մտնում։
Ձվի թաղանթի փոշին խորհուրդ է տրվում տարեց մարդկանց որպես ընդհանուր ամրացնող, հակաբորբոքային, հոդերը վերականգնող սննդային հավելում։
Ինչպես արդեն նշվեց, այն նաև կոլագենի աղբյուր է, որը օգտագործվում է մաշկը թարմացնելու, ձգելու, մազերի որակը լավացնելու համար։ Կոսմետոլոգները վաղուց ապացուցել են, որ այն որպես սննդային հավելում օգտագործելու դեպքում ազդեցությունն ավելի ակնառու է լինում, քան դրա պարունակությամբ քսուկների և դիմակների օգտագործումը։
