Մենք պետք է ունենանք փայլուն, ռազմավարական հարաբերություններ ՌԴ-ի հետ, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ-ն պետք է ունենա լավ հարաբերություններ ԵՄ-ի ու ԱՄՆ-ի հետ: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ, ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը:

Այսօր ՀՀ-ՌԴ հարաբերությունները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմի վարած արտաքին քաղաքականության հետևանքով հետընթաց են ապրել ու առկա են բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ, որոնց հաղթահարումը բխում է ՀՀ-ի ազգային անվտանգությունից:

Այսօր ՀՀ-ՌԴ հարաբերությունները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմի վարած արտաքին քաղաքականության հետևանքով հետընթաց են ապրել ու առկա են բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ, որոնց հաղթահարումը բխում է ՀՀ-ի ազգային անվտանգությունից:

ՀՀ-ի այսօրվա իշխանական թիմում շատ են հակառուսական էլեմենտներն ու սորոսական, արևմտյան գրանտակեր կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչներ, որոնք նախկինում հանդես են եկել ՌԴ-ի դեմ, 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմաբազայի դուրս բերման օգտին, ինչպես նաև կոշտ քննադատության են ենթարկել ՀԱՊԿ-ին ու ԵԱՏՄ-ին: Այսօր նույն այդ ուժերը խոսում են հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների կարևորության մասին, սակայն հասկանալի է, որ Կրեմլում չեն հավատում սորոսական դեսանտի այսպիսի ռևերանսներին և հաճոյախոսություններին ուղղված Մոսկվային:

Անթաքույց հակառուսական քարոզչությունը տարբեր իշխանական և իշխանամետ գործիչների և ԶԼՄ-ների կողմից ֆիքսվում են ՌԴ-ում և չպետք է զարմանալ, թե ինչու հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններն այսօր գտնվում են բավականին բարդ վիճակում:

Վանեցյանն՝ ի տարբերություն անվտանգությունից և արտաքին քաղաքանությունից ոչինչ չհասկացող իշխանական թիմի՝ լինելով ԱԱԾ գեներալ շատ լավ է գիտակցում հայ-ռուսական ռազմավարական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման կարևորությունը՝կոչ անելով ընդլայնել այդ կապերը բոլոր ոլորտներում և Երևան-Մոսկվա տանդեմի բազմաբնույթ կապերի խորացումը նաև «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության ծրագրի անկյունաքարերից է:

Վանեցյանը չի հակադրում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններն՝ Արևմուտքի և ՀՀ-ի հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման կարևորությանը, սակայն Վանեցյանի մեսիջը հստակ է՝ՀՀ-ՌԴ հարաբերությունները խորը դաշնակցային, ռազմավարական են, իսկ ԵՄ-ի ու ԱՄՆ-ի հետ Երևանի կապերը՝գործընկերային:

Առկա է հստակ տարբերություն ռազմավարական դաշնակցության և գործընկերության միջև: Վանեցյանը լինելով ուժային կառույցի ներկայացուցիչ շատ լավ է գիտակցում հայ-ռուսական հատկապես ռազմական, անվտանգային ոլորտում կապերի խորացման անհրաժեշտությունն՝առաջին հերթին ՀՀ-ի ազգային, պետական շահերից ելնելով:

ՌԴ-ն՝ՀՀ-ի և հայ ժողովրդի անվտանգության լրացուցիչ երաշխավորներից է՝Հայոց բանակի և հայ ժողովրդի հետ միասին, Թուրքիային և Ադրբեջանին ու նրանց ռազմական նկրտումները զսպող լրջագույն գործոն:
