Օրերս այցելել էինք մեր՝ «Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանք» կուսակցության ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի Վանաձորի տարածքային ստորաբաժանում։ Բազմիցս ակնարկներ եմ արել գործող իշխանության դրական և ինչ-որ տեղ առերևույթ գործառույթներից մեկի՝ ճանապարհաշինարարության մասին ու ամեն անգամ դրական լիցքեր ստացել, երբ նախկինում քանդված ճանապարհները տեսել եմ նորոգման ընթացքում կամ դրա ավարտից հետո։ Սակայն մեծ հիասթափություն ապրեցինք, երբ մեկնեցինք Վանաձոր։ Ինչ խոսք, գլխավոր ճանապարհը գտնվում էր բավականին լավ վիճակում, սակայն երբ մտանք ներքաղաքային հատված, պատկերը անմիջապես փոխվեց։ Փողոցները այնքան քանդված էին, որ մեքենայի ընթացքից հասկանալի էր՝ այն անպայման շուտով խնդիր կունենա, կարճ ասած՝ մեքենայից «Մ» տառը կմնա, էլ չեմ խոսում այն մասին, որ մայթեր ընդհանրապես գոյություն չունեին։ Հանդիպման ժամանակ, երբ հարց բարձրացավ Վանաձոր քաղաքի այս հիմնախնդրի կապակցությամբ, կառույցի ղակավար՝ Վաղինակ Աթոյանն պատմեց, որ բազմիցս դիմել է Վանաձորի համայնքի ղեկավարին և ստացել մերժում, իսկ մերժման հիմնավորումը եղել է այն, որ հարցի կարգավորման համար բավարար միջոցներ չկան։ Ստացվում է՝ ճանապարհը նորոգելու համար գումար չկա, բայց պարգևավճար տալու համար միջոցներ կան, այսինքն բյուջեում փող չկա, իսկ ինչ էլ որ կա՝ փող չի, պարգևավճարա․․․
Ապրիորի, նոր գրություն գրելիս անհրաժեշտ է շեշտել, որ մի թիչ այդ փող կոչված «պարգևավճարից» տրամադրեք ասենք՝ Տարոն 4-րդ թաղամասի ճանապարհների շինանարարության համար, իսկ միգուցե այդ կերպ գրությունը շարադրելի՞ս «վանաձորական պարգևավճարներից» հասարակ մահկանացուներն օգտվեն։
