ԱԱԾ-ն հաղորդագրություն է տարածել
SOCIETYՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել բավարար փաստական տվյալներ առ այն, որ Գանձակ համայնքի թիվ 2 միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրենի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող իրավասու անձը 2006թ. հունվարի 1-ից մինչև 2018թ. սեպտեմբերի 1-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, մեկ միասնական դիտավորությամբ, օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը, մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, շահադիտական դրդումներով, մի շարք անձանց հրամանագրել է եռակցող բանվորի, օպերատորի, լաբորանտի, պահակի, հնոցապահի, հավաքարարի հաստիքներում և, հաստատապես տեղյակ լինելով շուրջ 14 անձանց աշխատանքի չհաճախելու և աշխատանքային պարտականությունները չկատարելու հանգամանքների մասին, կազմել, հաստատել և վավերացրել է իրավունք վերապահող, պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ հանդիսացող, իրավաբանական նշանակություն ունեցող, փաստեր հաստատող, բովանդակությամբ կեղծ «աշխատաժամանակի հաշվարկի տեղեկագրեր», աշխատավարձի վճարման համար հիմք հանդիսացող այլ փաստաթղթեր, ապա բովանդակությամբ կեղծ փաստաթղթերը շրջանառության մեջ դնելով, ներկայացրել է վճարման, որի արդյունքում պետական բյուջեից հիշյալ աշխատակիցների անվամբ անհիմն կարգով ելքագրվել և հափշտակվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի` 114.699.324 ՀՀ դրամ: Բացի այդ, պաշտոնատար անձը 2008թ. փետրվարի 14-ին, նախնական համաձայնության գալով իր հետ խնամիական կապի մեջ գտնվող Գանձակ համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարի հետ, վերջինի կողմից պաշտոնական փաստաթղթերում ակնհայտ կեղծ տեղեկություններ մտցնելու միջոցով պատրաստված կեղծ փաստաթղթի օգտագործմամբ, խաբեության եղանակով, խարդախությամբ համայնքի սեփականությունը հանդիսացող և նույն համայնքի Հունան Ավետիսյան փողոց 1ա հասցեում գտնվող ընդհանուր 0.255 հա մակերեսով և շուրջ 1.346.400 ՀՀ դրամ կադաստրային արժեքով հողամասի նկատմամբ ձեռք է բերել սեփականության իրավունք: Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 1.1 և 2-րդ կետի, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները և հանցանք կատարած անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու, պետությանը պատճառված վնասը և համայնքի օրինական շահերը վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ:
