ՌԴ ՊՆ-ն պատմել է կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստանյութի փորձարկումների արդյունքների մասին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԲուրդենկոյի հիվանդանոցում կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պատվաստանյութը փորձարկող կամավորների վերջնական փորձարկումը ցույց է տվել, որ բոլորն ակնհայտ իմունային պատասխան ունեն, հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն` վկայակոչելով Ռուսաստանի Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը:
«Բուրդենկոյի անվան Պաշտպանության նախարարության գլխավոր ռազմական կլինիկական հիվանդանոցում օգոստոսի 3-ին տեղի է ունեցել կամավորների` COVID-19-ի դեմ պատվաստանյութի կլինիկական փորձարկումների մասնակիցների վերջնական բժշկական զննումը, որոնք անցկացվել են Ռուսաստանի Պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից` Ն.Ֆ. Գամալեի անվան համաճարակաբանության եւ հետազոտությունների ազգային հետազոտական կենտրոնի հետ համատեղ»,- նշվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Նշվում է, որ, ըստ կլինիկական ուսումնասիրությունների արձանագրության, առաջին պատվաստումից հետո 42-րդ օրը կամավորները վերադարձել են հիվանդանոց եւ խորը բուժզննում եւ ախտորոշում են անցել: Հետազոտության արդյունքները պարզ ցույց են տվել, որ պատվաստումների արդյունքում բոլոր կամավորների մոտ հստակ իմունային պատասխան է առաջացել: Կամավորների օրգանիզմների աշխատանքում կողմնակի բարդություններ կամ շեղումներ չեն եղել:
Այսպիսով, հետազոտության առկա տվյալները թույլ են տալիս խոսել Ռուսաստանի Պաշտպանության նախարարության եւ համաճարակաբանության եւ մանրէաբանության ազգային հետազոտական կենտրոնի կողմից ստեղծված պատվաստանյութի անվտանգության մասին:
Փորձարկման ընթացքում, որը տեւել է հունիսի 3-ից հուլիսի 20-ը, կամավորները գտնվում էին Բուրդենկոյի հիվանդանոցում բժշկական մասնագետների շարունակական հսկողության ներքո, որոնք պատվաստանյութերի կլինիկական փորձարկումների մեծ փորձ ունեն:
