POLITICSԵրբ ասում ենք տուն, չպետք է հասկանանք չորս պատ, մեկ տանիք, երբ ասում ենք պուրակ՝ չպետք է հասկանանք չորս նստարան: Այս մասին այսօր կառավարության հերթական նիստին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով պետական շինարարությանը աշխատաքին:
Նրա խոսքով՝ շինարարական նոր կուլտուրա, նոր գույն, նոր փիլիսոփայություն պետք է մտնի այդ փոքր տարածքներում:
«Այստեղ այնպես չէ, որ ահռելի ծավալների գործ ենք անում, բայց այն, ինչ անում ենք, այդ գործի մեջ պետք է արտահայտի այն, ինչի մասին խոսում ենք»,-ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով ապաստարանների հարցին՝ Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ նախկինում էլ որքան ապաստարան մտել է, առաջին ռեակցիան եղել է, թե ոնց կարելի է այսքան անհարգելից վերաբերմունք ունենալ քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ, քանի որ մի հատ ժանգոտած իշավոտնուկ է եղել:
«Հրետակոծությունից մարդուն ասում ենք գնա, մտի հոգեբանական, քաղաքացիական հրետակոծության տակ: Հիմա ինչ-որ կառուցում, ստեղծում ենք, դա պետք է լինի նոր Հայաստանը, Նոր Հայաստանի ֆիզիկական արտահայտությունը և փոփոխությունը: Հին տրամաբանության ծախսված ամեն կոպեկը, նույնիսկ միլիարդը ես համարում եմ վնասակար, որովհետև այդ գումարի ծախսման արդյունքում բան չի փոխվում, ընդամենը խորանում է հուսահատությունը»,-ասաց նա:
Վարչապետը օրինակ բերեց այս երկու տարվա ընթացքում տեղի ունեցող ճանապարհաշինարարական աշխատանքները, որոնք շատ հեռու իրենց ցանկացած որակից, բայց բացի տնտեսականից, շատ հոգեբանական բան է փոխում, դա մարդիկ ընկալում են որպես հարգանք իրենց նկատմամբ: «Յոլա գնալու տրամաբանությունից պետք է դուրս գանք, և պետք է զարգանանք»,-ասաց նա:
