Հայաստանի հանրաքվեն միջազգային լրատվամիջոցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում է

Միջազգային լրատվամիջոցներն անդրադարձել են Հայաստանում դեկտեմբերի 6-ին անցկացվող Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի վրա: Տարբեր ԶԼՄ-ներ փաստել են, որ Հայաստանում իրականացվող հանրաքվեով արմատական փոփոխությունն եր կարող են լինել երկրի կառավարման համակարգում:
Ռուսական ՏԱՍՍ-ը գրում է, որ չնայած քաղաքներում և հատկապես գյուղական բնակավայրերում եղանակը բավական սառն է, այդուհանդերձ ընտրատեղամասերում բավական շատ մարդիկ են հավաքվել՝ մեծամասամբ տարեցներ, ովքեր ցանկանում են իրենց դիրքորոշումը հայտնել նախատեսվող սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ:
Մեկ այլ ռուսական լրատվամիջոց՝ «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն, բավականին ինտենսիվորեն լուսաբանելով թե ընտրություններին գրանցվող մասնակցության ցուցանիշները, թե դրանց Հայաստանի նախագահի ու ընդդիմադիր գործիչների քվեարկությունը: Լրատվամիջոցը գրում է, որ հանրաքվեի արդյունքները դրական կհամարվեն, եթե դրան կողմ քվեարկի առնվազն 640 հազար մարդ:
Ամերիկյան հեղինակավոր Reuters-ի հոդվածը վերնագրված է հետևյալ կերպ. «Հայաստանը քվեարկում է նախագահի լիազորությունները նվազեցնելու, վարչապետի լիազորություններն ավելացնելու համար»:
Գերմանական Deautche Welle-ն գրում է. «Հայաստանը քվեարկում է տարակարծիք հանրաքվեում»: Լրատվամիջոցը նշում է, որ ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մասնակցեց քվեարկությանը, սակայն հրաժարվեց որևէ մեկնաբանությունը տալ դրանց վերաբերյալ:
Լիբանանյան TheDailyStar-ը նշում է, որ Սահմանադրության փոփոխությունների կիրառման պարագայում երկրի նախագահի պաշտոնը կկրի ձևական բնույթ, նա կընտրվի խորհրդարանի կողմից և ներկա 5 տարվա փոխարեն պաշտոնում կմնա 7 տարի:
Քաթարի QNA-ը (Qatar News Agency) ևս գրել է հանրաքվեի մասին՝ նշելով, որ դրա կողմնակիցները փաստում են, որ այն կուժեղացնի ժողովրդավարությունը երկրում, սակայն ընդդիմադիրները հայտարարում են, թե այն պարզապես կօգնի իշխող կուսակցությանը մնալ իշխանության ղեկին:
