Հունվար-հուլիս ամիսներին Ադրբեջանի նավթային պետֆոնդի եկամուտները նվազել են երկու անգամ

Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ֆոնդի (SOFAR)՝ 2020 թվականի հունվար-հուլիս ամիսներին Ազերի-Չիրագ-Գյունեշլի (ACG) բլոկի և Շահ Դենիզ հանքավայրի շահութաբեր նավթի և գազի վաճառքից ստացված հասույթը կրճատվել է 2 անգամ, գրում է Interfax.az-ը։ Այն կազմել է 2 մլրդ 700,5 մլն դոլար։ 2019-ի նույն ժամանակահատվածում նավթից ու գազից ստացված հասույթը կազմել է 5 մլրդ 357 մլն դոլար։ Այսպիսով՝ մեկ տարվա տարբերությամբ եկամուտները նվազել են գրեթե կրկնակի։

Կապից ծովի ադրբեջանական հատվածում «Գյունեշլի» նավթային հանքահորի խորքային ջրերի հատվածի, ինչպես նաև Ազերի ու Չիրագ բլոկի պայմանագիրն ստորագրվել է 1994-ի սեպտեմբերի 20-ին և ուժի մեջ է մտել նույն թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ին: Այս պայմանագրի ժամկետն ավարտվում է 2024-ին, սակայն 2017-ի սեպտեմբերի 14-ին Բաքվում կնքվեց Ազերի-Չիրագ-Գյունեշլի (ACG) բլոկի նոր պայմանագիրը, որը ուժի մեջ կլինի մինչև 2050-ը:

Նոր պայմանագրով բրիտանական BP (նախագծի օպերատոր) մասնաբաժինը կազմում է 30,37%, SOCAR-ինը՝ (25%), հունգարական MOL ընկերությանը՝ (9.57%), ամերիկյան ExxonMobil ընկերությանը՝ (6.79%), հնդկական ONGC ընկերությանը՝ (2.31%), ճապոնական Inpex Corp-ինը՝ (9,31%) և ITOCHU Oil-ինը՝ (3,65%), նորվեգական Equinor ընկերությանը՝ (7,27%) և թուրքական TPAO-ի մասնաբաժինը՝ (5.73%):

Նոր համաձայնագրով նախատեսված ներդրումները գնահատվում են 43 միլիարդ դոլար: Նախատեսվում է, որ նավթի արդյունահանման ծավալը կկազմի ավելի քան 500 միլիոն տոննա:
