Արմեն Սարգսյանը գիտատեխնոլոգիական ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել

Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել նախագահական մի քանի նախաձեռնությունների և ծրագրերի ընթացքի վերաբերյալ: Մասնավորապես, անդրադարձ է եղել Հայաստանում գիտատեխնոլոգիական ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված՝ նախագահական ATOM (Advanced tomorrow- Ժամանակն առաջ) նախաձեռնությանը: Նախագահն ասել է, որ ATOM-ն ընդհանուր հարթակ է, որի կողքին լինելու են առանձին ծրագրեր, որոնցից մեկը «Մտքերի հայկական գագաթնաժողով»-ն է, մյուսը՝ STARMUS 6-րդ փառատոնը, որը նախատեսված է 2021թ. սեպտեմբերին:

 
 Նշելով, որ կորոնավիրուսի համավարակով պայմանավորված՝ «Մտքերի հայկական գագաթնաժողով»-ն այս տարվա մայիս ամսից տեղափոխվել է հոկտեմբեր, նախագահ Սարգսյանն ասել է, որ ամեն ինչ արվում է, որպեսզի այն կայանա, իսկ առաջիկայում կհստակեցվի ձևաչափը:

Նախագահ Սարգսյանը թե՛ «Մտքերի հայկական գագաթաժողով»-ը, և թե՛ STARMUS միջազգային փառատոնը դիտարկել է որպես նախագահական առավել լայն նախաձեռնության՝ ATOM (Advanced Tomorrow՝ Ժամանակն առաջ) ծրագրի արբանյակներ:

Մրցունակության տեսանկյունից կարևորելով բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների, արհեստական բանականության ոլորտների զարգացումը՝ նախագահ Սարգսյանն ասել է, որ այն լոկոմոտիվները, որ պետք է մեր երկիրն առաջ տանեն, կապված են հատկապես նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների հետ։ ATOM-ի նպատակն է Հայաստան բերել աշխարհի լավագույն ՏՏ ընկերություններին և զարգացնել արհեստական բանականությունը, մաթեմատիկական մոդելավորումը, մեքենայական ուսուցման կարողությունները՝ սերտ համագործակցություն ապահովելով արտերկրի ընկերությունների և տեղական հաստատությունների, բիզնեսի և ՏՏ ոլորտի բարձրակարգ ընկերությունների, համալսարանական ու գիտական կենտրոնների միջև:

«ATOM -ն ինքնին շատ մեծ ծրագիր է, և տարիներ են պահանջվելու, որպեսզի կարողանանք այն լիարժեք իրականացնել: Բայց եթե այսօր չսկսենք, այդ տարիներն ավելի կհեռանան,-ասել է նախագահ Սարգսյանը: -ATOM-ն ընդհանուր հարթակ է, որի նպատակն է Հայաստան բերել աշխարհի լավագույններին և նրանց մշակույթը, միաժամանակ, մեր երկրում ստեղծել մշակույթ, որտեղ գիտությունը, տեխնոլոգիաները, գիտությանն առնչվող արդյունաբերությունը կապված լինեն իրար հետ։ Մյուս կողմից, ATOM-ը պետք է առիթ լինի, որպեսզի ստարտափերից մինչև ակադեմիական ինստիտուտներ նրա միջոցով ավելի խոր կապեր ունենան և՛ համաշխարհային գիտության, և՛ տեխնոլոգիաների հետ»: Հանրապետության նախագահի խոսքով՝ ATOM-ը պետք է լինի և՛ հարթակ, և՛ գիտական կենտրոն, և՛ ապագայի փոքրիկ քաղաք, և՛, միաժամանակ, մշակույթ ձևավորող ինստիտուտ:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում նշվել է, որ արտասահմանյան 16 խոշոր ընկերություններ արդեն իսկ հետաքրքրված են այս նախաձեռնությամբ, մի մասի հետ արդեն իսկ ստորագրվել են համագործակցության մասին հուշագրեր, որոշների հետ կան նախնական պայմանավորվածություններ: Դրանք բոլորը ընկերություններ են, որոնք աշխարհի տեխնոլոգիական հսկաների թվում են՝ IBM-ը, Siemens -ը, Thales-ը, Dassault-ը, Safran-ը, Լեոնարդոն, համալսարաններ ու գիտական կենտրոններ տարբեր երկրներից և այլն:

Նշվել է նաև, որ ATOM-ը սերտորեն համագործակցելու է Հայաստանի գիտության և տեխնոլոգիաների հիմնադրամի (FAST), «Սիլիկոնյան լեռներ» նախաձեռնության և, ընդհանրապես, բոլոր՝ նույն նպատակը հետապնդող խմբերի, կազմակերպությունների, կառույցների ու նաև համաժողովների հետ:
