Աղբյուրը մանրամասնում է, որ անհայտ գնորդն անշարժ գույքը ձեռք է բերել 32,5 միլիոն դոլարով, այն դեպքում, երբ աստղերը 2001 թվականին դրա համար 13 միլիոն դոլար էին վճարել։

Նշվում է, որ Hilton & Hyland բրոքերային կազմակերպության կողմից առանձնատունն անցած տարի 56 միլիոն դոլարով է վաճառքի հանվել, սակայն այս տարվա մարտին արժեքի՝ 44,5 միլիոն դոլար հասնելուց հետո այն դուրս է բերվել ցուցակից։ Արդյունքում տունը վաճառվել է առանց բրոքերային կազմակերպության մասնակցության:

Հայտնի է, որ տան տեսքը տարիների ընթացքում առանձնակի փոփոխության չի ենթարկվել։

Նշենք, որ զույգը վաճառել էր գույքը 2006 թվականին՝ իրենց ամուսնալուծության ավարտից մեկ տարի անց:
