POLITICSՄենք գործնականում հավաքների ազատության հետ կապված բոլոր սահմանափակումները հանում ենք, բայց պետք է հակահամաճարակային կանոնները պահպանվեն: Այս մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Հավաքների ժամանակ պետք է կրել դիմակ ու պահպանել առնվազն 1,5 մետր հեռավորություն:
«Այսինքն, Հայաստանում կարող են տեղի ունենալ ցույցեր, երթեր, հանրահավաքներ, պայմանով, որ մասնակիցները կլինեն դիմակով ու 1,5 մետր սոցիալական հեռավորություն կպահպանեն:
Սահմանափակումը բխել է համաճարակային իրավիճակից, սահմանափակման հանումն էլ է կապված դրա հետ: Բայց ես էլի ասում եմ, եթե հանկարծ Աստված չանի, այս թուլացումների արդյունքում թվերի բարձրացում ունենանք, ստիպված կլինենք սահմանափակումներ մտցնել: Մենք որոշումներ կայացնելիս ելնում ենք համաճարակային իրավիճակի վերլուծումից»,-ասաց վարչապետը:
Վարչապետը հույս հայտնեց, որ արտակարգ դրությունը վերջին անգամ է երկարացվում: Սակայն դա այդպես կլինի, եթե այսօրվա միտումը շարունակվի. «Եթե հուլիսի իրավիճակն ունենանք, չի բացառվում, որ նորից արտակարգ դրություն մտցնենք: Չնայած մենք հիմա փորձում ենք օրենսդրական կարգավորումներով արտակարգ իրավիճակների ռեժիմով մի շարք հարցեր կարգավորվող դարձնենք»:
