Արցախում արտակարգ իրավիճակի ժամկետը երկարացվեց ևս մեկ ամսով
POLITICSԱրցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի ստորագրած հրամանագրի համաձայն, հանրապետությունում 2020 թվականի ապրիլի 12-ին հայտարարված արտակարգ իրավիճակի ժամկետը երկարաձգվել է մինչև սեպտեմբերի 11-ը, ժամը 22-ը ներառյալ:
ԱՀ պարետ, տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Ժիրայր Միրզոյանը այսօր ստորագրել է Հրամանագրից բխող որոշումներ:
Որոշումներից մեկի համաձայն` Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձանց համար մուտքը դյուրացվել է: Այսօրվանից մուտք գործելու համար Պարետի թույլտվությունն այլևս անհրաժեշտ չէ, սակայն պարտադիր է բացասական պատասխանով մինչև 72 ժամվա վաղեմության ժամկետով ՊՇՌ թեստի առկայությունը: Թեստավորման պարտադիր պահանջից բացառություն է արվում մինչև 6 տարեկան երեխաների համար: ՀՀ մեր համերկրացիները պետք է թեստավորվեն ՀՀ համապատասխան բուժհաստատություններում, քանի որ Արցախի միակ նման լաբորատորիայի կարողությունները խիստ սահմանափակ են:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների մուտքի և ելքի պայմաններին, ապա դրանք փոփոխությունների չեն ենթարկվել և շարունակում են ուժի մեջ մնալ: Այսինքն, հանրապետությունից ելք կատարելու համար ԱՀ քաղաքացիներից պահանջվում է Պարետի թույլտվությունը, իսկ մուտքի դեպքում՝ ՊՇՌ թեստի ոչ ավելի քան 72 ժամվա վաղեմության բացասական պատասխանը կամ անցակետում պարտադիր թեստավորման համար նմուշառումը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱՀ քաղաքացիություն ունեցող անձանց համար ՊՇՌ թեստի գումարը մասնակի սուբսիդավորվում է կառավարության կողմից, ինչի արդյունքում այն արժե 7000 դրամ:
Պարետ Ժիրայր Միրզոյանի ստորագրած մեկ այլ որոշմամբ՝ բաց տարածքներում անցկացվող ծննդյան, հարսանյաց, նշանդրեքի արարողությունները կարելի է կազմակերպել 100 հոգու ընդգրկմամբ՝ նախկին 60-ի փոխարեն:
Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ երեկ Հանրապետության Նախագահի ստորագրած հրամանագրում վերանայվել է փակ տարածքներում հանրային միջոցառումների մասնակիցների թույլատրելի առավելագույն քանակը: Այսուհետ, մարզամշակութային, կրթական, ժամանցային, տոնական և հիշատակի միջոցառումները կարելի է կազմակերպել մինչև 40 մարդու ընդգրկմամբ՝ նախկին 20-ի փոխարեն:
