Արտակարգ իրավիճակ Արմավիրի մարզում
SOCIETYԱյսօր՝ օգոստոսի 17-ին, կեսգիշերն անց, արտակարգ իրավիճակ էր ստեղծվել Արմավիրի մարզում։ Մի քանի գյուղերի բնակիչներ՝ ի նշան բողոքի, սպառնում էին փակել Մարգարա-Վանաձոր-Տաշիր-Վրաստանի սահման միջպետական նշանակության ճանապարհի՝ Ջրարբի գյուղի սկզբնամասում գտնվող ճանապարհը, քանի որ այն արդեն, կարելի է ասել, ամբողջովին դարձել է վտանգավոր։ Կամրջի վրա առաջացած հսկայական մարդաբոյ փոսը վարորդների համար արդեն դարձել է ամբողջովին պատուհաս։
Բնակիչներն իրենց ավտոմեքենաները կայանել էին կամրջի տարբեր հատվածներում՝ այն օգտագործելով որպես պաշտպանիչ վահան։ Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, գյուղացիները պահանջում էին, որպեսզի դեպքի վայր ժամանեն Արմավիրի մարզպետարանի պաշտոնյաները կամ Ճանշինի պատասխանատուներն ու պատասխան տան, թե, ի վերջո, երբ է դարն ապրած, իրենց կողմից կոչված «Ավազե մահաբեր կամուրջը» հիմնանորոգվելու. «Ամեն անգամ խոստանում են, թե խնդիրը կլուծվի, բայց բոլորի խոսքերը հօդս են ցնդում։
Հույսներս Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանի վրա էր, էն էլ մեկնեց արձակուրդ։ Մնում ա, սպասենք, թե պատասխանատուները երբ կբարեհաճեն ու իրենց տեղներից վեր կկենան ու խնդիրը կլուծեն։
Ստիպված ենք դիմում այս ծայրահեղ քայլին՝ փակելով ճանապարհը։ 2 գիշեր է, հերթապահություն ենք կատարում, որ խամ մարդիկ չգան ու վթարի չենթարկվեն։ Երևի էդ պատասխանատուները սպասում են, որ հերթական վթարը լինի, այդ թվում՝ ողբերգական, ու գան, տեսնեն, որ իրենց ապաշնորհ աշխատանքի հետևանքով մահը խորհրդանշող պսակներ են դրվել կամրջի երկայնքով»։
