Հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնների խախտումներ է հայտնաբերվել Տավուշի մարզի մի շարք օբյեկտներում
SOCIETYՀՀ քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Տավուշի տարածքային բաժնի հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության մասնագետներն օգոստոսի 3-ին ստուգումներ են իրականացրել ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզում գտնվող «Զոհրաբ Կիրակոսյան» Ա/Ձ-ին պատկանող «Բեկո» առևտրի կենտրոնում, «Անահիտ Ցականյան» Ա/Ձ-ին պատկանող բենզալցակայանում և «Իջևանի բենտոնիտ կոմբինատ» ԲԲ ընկերությունում։
Ստուգումների արդյունքում բենզալցակայանում և առևտրի կենտրոնում հայտնաբերվել են հետևյալ բնույթի խախտումներ՝ արտաքին հրդեհաշիջումն ապահովված չի եղել հրշեջ հիդրանտներով կամ ոչ պակաս 100 մ3 տարողությամբ հակահրդեհային ջրավազանով, բենզալցակայանը սարքավորված չի եղել հրդեհի ազդանշանման ինքնաշխատ համակարգով, հակահրդեհային ինքնաշխատ համակարգից հրդեհի տագնապի ազդանշանը չի փոխանցվել լիազոր մարմնին, լցակայանի տարածքում պահպանված րեն եղել շինությունների միջև նորմերով պահանջվող նվազագույն միջտարածությունները, արտաքին հրշեջ սանդուղքները և տանիքի պարագծով տեղակայված մետաղական ճաղաշարերը չեն գտնվել սարքին վիճակում և մի շարք այլ կետեր։
«Իջևանի բենտոնիտ կոմբինատ» ԲԲ ընկերությունում հայտնաբերվելն են, որ շինարարական հիմնատարրերը մշակված չեն եղել հրապաշտպան լուծույթով, արտաքին հրշեջ սանդուղքները չեն գտնվում սարքին վիճակում, թմբուկավոր չորանոցները, չոր տաշեղների և փոշու բունկերները չեն ունեցել հրդեհաշիջման ինքնաշխատ համակարգ և պայթյունը կանխարգելող սարքավորումներ, ինչպես նաև շինությունները սարքավորված չեն եղել հրդեհի ազդանշանման ինքնաշխատ համակարգերով: Բացի այդ, հակահրդեհային ինքնաշխատ համակարգերից հրդեհի տագնապի ազդանշանը չի փոխանցվել լիազոր մարմնին և օբյեկտն ապահովված չի եղել հրդեհաշիջման սկզբնական միջոցներով և այլն:
Հայտնաբերված խախտումների համար տնօրենների և պատասխանատուների նկատմամբ կիրառվել է վարչական պատասխանատվության միջոցներ։ Թերությունները վերացնելու համար տրվել է հրդեհային անվտանգության պահանջները կատարելու վերաբերյալ կարգադրագրեր՝ կատարման ժամկետներով։
Ստուգմանը զուգահեռ, Տեսչական մարմնի մասնագետների կողմից տվյալ օբյեկտների անձնակազմի համար իրականացվել են իրազեկման աշխատանքներ՝ հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության կանոնների պահպանման վերաբերյալ։
