Լիբանանի նախագահը բացառել է Բեյրութի պայթյունի միջազգային հետաքննության հնարավորությունը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԼիբանանի նախագահ Միշել Աունը դեմ է արտահայտվել Բեյրութի պայթյունի հետաքննության նպատակով միջազգային հանձնաժողովի ստեղծմանը, սակայն թույլատրել է արտասահմանցի քննիչների մասնակցությունը գործի բացահայտմանը, փոխանցում է regionmonitor-ը։
«Մեր սահմանադրությունը պահանջում է, որ մեր դատական համակարգն ինքն իր ներքին խնդիրների հետաքննությամբ զբաղվի։ Դա չի բացառում մեր ոստիկանությանն արդեն իսկ աջակցող ֆրանսիացի, ամերիկացի և այլ քննիչների ներկայությունը»,-նշել է նա իտալական Corriere della Sera թերթին տված հարցազրույցի ընթացքում։
Պայթյունի պատճառների մասին խոսելիս Աունը նշել է, որ շրջանառվող վարկածներից որևէ մեկը չի բացառվում՝ չնայած որ առավել հավանական է համարվում դժբախտ պատահարի վարկածը։
«Լիբանանցի շատ ականատեսներ պնդում են, որ պայթյունից առաջ ինքնաթիռներ են տեսել կամ դրանց ձայնը լսել։ Նրանց լսել է պետք, անգամ եթե այդքան էլ վստահություն չեն ներշնչում։ Անգամ եթե թվում է, թե դա դժբախտ պատահար է, չեմ ցանկանում, որ ինձ մեղադրեն նրանում, թե ես չեմ լսում յուրաքանչյուրի ձայնը»,- ընդգծել է նա և կտրուկ հերքել վարկածը, թե պայթյունը «Հեզբոլլահ» շարժմանը պատկանող զենքի պահեստից է սկսվել։
Նախագահը նաև բացառել է ժամանակից շուտ իր պաշտոնանկության հնարավորությունը՝ հավելելով, որ Լիբանանում նոր ընտրություններ կարող են անցկացվել մեկ տարվա կամ վեց ամսվա ընթացքում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ օգոստոսի 4-ին հզոր պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել Բեյրութի նավահանգստի տարածքում։ Պայթյունի հետևանքով ավերվել են տասնյակ տներ, մեքենաներ, բազմաբնակարան շենքերում կոտրվել են ապակիները, եղել են մի շարք այլ ավերածություններ։ Նշվում է, որ պայթյունի պատճառը 2014 թվականին երկրի մաքսային ծառայությունների կողմից առգրավված 2․750 տոննա ամոնիումի նիտրատն է եղել։ Բեյրութն օգոստոսի 4-ի երեկոյան որոտացած հզոր պայթյունի հետևանքով աղետի գոտի է հայտարարվել, քաղաքում արտակարգ դրություն է սահմանվել:
