Փոխվարչապետ, արտակարգ դրության պարետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը օգոստոսի 18-ին որոշում է ստորագրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում կիրառվող ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումների և կանոնների վերաբերյալ։

 

Որոշման 11-րդ հավելվածով սահմանվել են կանոնները՝ նոր կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (COVID-19) պայմաններում նախադպրոցական կրթության հաստատությունների գործունեության համար, ինչը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև։

 

Առողջ և անվտանգ պայմաններ ապահովելու պարտականությունն ամբողջ ծավալով կրում է հաստատության տնօրենը։ Կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդությամբ (COVID-19) պայմանավորված երկրում համաճարակային իրավիճակից ելնելով՝ ներկա փուլում նախադպրոցական կրթական հաստատությունների գործունեության ընթացքում պահպանվում են ստորև ներկայացված կանոնները:

 

1. Աշխատանքի ընդհանուր կազմակերպման կանոններ.

1) Տնօրենի կողմից նշանակվում է կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (COVID-19) վարակի հսկողության պատասխանատու (որը կարող է լինել ի պաշտոնե հաստատության բուժքույրը, այսւոհետ՝ պատասխանատու):
2) Անհրաժեշտ է ձեռնպահ մնալ կորոնավիրուսի ծանր հիվանդության զարգացման բարձր ռիսկային խմբի աշխատողներին աշխատանքի ներգրավելուց՝ այդ մասին հավաստիանալով աշխատողի կողմից ներկայացված բժշկական փաստաթղթի հիման վրա, պահպանելով ՀՀ աշխատանքային օրենսգրքի 186-րդ հոդվածով սահմանված կանոնները: Բարձր ռիսկային խմբի մեջ ներառված են՝

ա. ընկճված իմունային համակարգ ունեցող անձինք,
բ. 65 տարեկան և բարձր տարիքի անձինք,
գ. քրոնիկ հիվանդություններ ունեցող անձինք (շնչառական հիվանդություններ՝ ասթմա, թոքային քրոնիկ հիվանդություն (CՕPD), էմֆիզեմա կամ բրոնխիտ, սրտի քրոնիկ անբավարարություն, երիկամների քրոնիկ հիվանդություն, լյարդի քրոնիկ հիվանդություն (հեպատիտ), քրոնիկ նյարդաբանական հիվանդություն (Պարկինսոնի հիվանդություն, ցրված սկլերոզ (MS), ուղեղային կաթված տարած), դ. շաքարային դիաբետ ունեցող անձինք:
3) Բացառել մարդկային կուտակում ենթադրող միջոցառումների, այդ թվում՝ անցանց հավաքների ու ժողովների անցկացումը:
4) Բացառել նախադպրոցական կրթական հաստատության շենքին հարակից տարածքներում մարդկանց կուտակումները: Հաստատություն հաճախող սաների ընդունումը և ճանապարհումն իրականացվում է հերթի կառավարմամբ (օրինակ՝ կարող են սահմանվել երեխաների՝ նախակրթարան գալու և գնալու ժամային միջակայքեր)՝ պահպանելով մարդկանց միջև 1.5-2 մետր սոցիալական հեռավորություն:
5) Առաջին անգամ հաստատություն ներկայանալիս՝ ծնողների (խնամակալների) կողմից ներկայացվում է կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (COVID-19) լաբորատոր ախտորոշման «բացասական արդյունքը» փաստող տեղեկանք, եթե՝

ա. ծնողների (խնամակալների) շրջանում նախկինում հաստատվել է կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդություն (COVID-19),
բ. ծնողները (խնամակալները) շփում են ունեցել COVID-19 հիվանդությամբ հաստատված դեպքերի հետ և գտնվել են ինքնամեկւսացման մեջ:
6) Նախորդ ենթակետում նշված տեղեկանքի վաղեմությունը չպետք է գերազանցի 7 օրը:
