Քաղաքականացված ու վերահսկելի խորհուրդներ
POLITICSԻնչպես հայտնի է, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ վերջապես հաստատվել են Հայաստանի չորս պետական բուհերի հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդների կազմերը: Այս առումով տարաբնույթ կարծիքներ ու գնահատականներ կան փորձագիտական շրջանակների կողմից, այդ թվում՝ կապված ժամկետների, օրենսդրության և բուհերի կանոնադրությունների հետ համապատասխանության և այլ հարցերի հետ:
Ինչ վերաբերում է բուն խորհուրդներին, ապա դրանց կազմերի հպանցիկ ծանոթությունն անգամ ի ցույց է դնում դրանց ընդգծված քաղաքականացվածությունը: Նախկին իշխանությունների հասցեին մշտապես մեղադրանքներ են հնչել, թե նրանք բուհերը քաղաքականացրել են, կամ, այլ կերպ ասած, «հհկականացրել» են: Ներկայիս իշխանությունները ևս գնում են այդ ճանապարհով, սակայն ոչ պատգամավորներ ընդգրկելու ճանապարհով:
Բանն այն է, որ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը չի վստահում իր թիմի խորհրդարանական բլոկին և լիազոր մարմնի կողմից վարչապետին է առաջադրել հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի «արտախորհրդարանական» անդամների, որոնց հնարավոր կլինի լիարժեք վերահսկել և բուհերի ռեկտորներ անցկացնել իր համար ցանկալի թեկնածուների:
