Գյումրիում 29-ամյա տղամարդը բարձրացել է իրենց շենքի տանիք և հայտնել, որ 30 րոպեից իրեն ցած է նետելու
SOCIETYSHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ օգոստոսի 20-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում։ Ժամը 22։00-ի սահմաններում Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակիչ 29-ամյա Արթուր Ն․-ն բարձրացել է Պարույր Սևակի փողոցի իրենց շենքի տանիք և հայտնել, որ 30 րոպեից իրեն ցած է նետելու։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության Գրումրու թիվ 48 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը։ Ժամանել է նաև Գյումրի քաղաքի ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը։ Փրկարարների և ոստիկանների բացատրական աշխատանքների շնորհիվ Արթուր Ն․-ն հրաժարվել է իր մտադրությունից, որից հետո ոստիկանների ուղեկցությամբ՝ տեղափոխվել է Ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժին։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ Արթուր Ն․-ն հայտնել է, որ ցանկացել է ինքնասպան լինել, և դրա մեղավորը Ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժնի պետերն են։ Փաստի առթիվ Ոստիկանության Մուշի բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։
