Տավուշի մարզի Խաշթառակ համայնքում ծեծի ենթարկված 4-ամյա երեխայի առողջական վիճակում դրական դինամիկա է նկատվում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասել է «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» ԲԿ-ի մամուլի խոսնակ Գևորգ Դերձյանը: «4-ամյա փոքրիկը առաջին օրերի համեմատ այժմ մի փոքր ավելի լավ է, դրական դինամիկա կա, իսկ 6-ամյա երեխայի առողջական վիճակը նույնն է. շարունակում է ծայրահեղ ծանր մնալ»,- նշեց Դերձյանը:

Նույն ընտանիքի մյուս 5 երեխան էլ օրեր առաջ սուր էկզոգեն թունավորում ախտորոշմամբ Խաշթառակից տեղափոխվել էին Երևանի «Մուրացան» համալսարանական հիվանդանոց: «Վերջիններիս վիճակը գնահատվում է բավարար, նրանք գտնվում են համալսարանական հիվանդանոցի պրոֆեսորների և մասնագետների հսկողության ներքո»,- ասաց Երևանի պետական բժշկական համալսարանի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Շուշան Դանիելյանը: Իր 6-ամյա և 4-ամյա թոռներին ծեծի ենթարկելու կասկածանքով Տավուշի Խաշթառակ համայնքում ձերբակալվել է 57 տարեկան մի տղամարդ։ 6-ամյա երեխան ստացել է համակցված վնասվածքներ, գլխուղեղի, երիկամների վնասվածքներ, մարմնի վերջույթների սալջարդեր, իսկ 4 տարեկան փոքրիկի մոտ առկա է գանգային արյունազեղում։ Տվյալ տղամարդու մյուս 5 թոռներն օգոստոսի 20-ին նախնական սուր էկզոգեն թունավորում ախտորոշմամբ ևս տեղափոխվել էին Երևան՝ «Մուրացան» բժշկական կենտրոն։

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում Խաշթառակ համայնքի 57-ամյա բնակչի կողմից իր անչափահաս թոռներին ծանր մարմնական վնաս, ինչպես նաև ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ կամ հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործով իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նրա 28-ամյա դուստրը նույնպես պարբերաբար, դիտավորությամբ ձեռքերով, ոտքերով, փայտով և այլ առարկաներով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել իր 5 անչափահաս երեխաների, ինչպես նաև՝ համատեղ բնակվող եղբոր 2 անչափահաս որդիների մարմինների տարբեր մասերին՝ վերջիններիս պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ և հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք: Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է նոր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 119-րդ հոդվածի (ֆիզիկական ուժեղ ցավ կամ հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք պատճառելը) 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով:
