Համայնքապետների հարցերը նորից «կնայեն», այս անգամ՝ քրեական գործերի համատեքստում
POLITICSՓորձագիտական շրջանակների համոզմամբ, ՏԻՄ ոլորտը ներկայիս իշխանության զգայուն սեկտորն է, որտեղ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ակնհայտ իրեն թույլ է զգում։ Մեր ունեցած տեղեկության համաձայն, այս հարցում հստակեցումների հերթական ալիքն է սպասվում, որին ականատես կլինենք մինչև տարեվերջ։
Մասնավորաբար, թերթին տեղեկություններ են հասել, որ նախորդ շաբաթ տեղի ունեցած մի խորհրդակցության ժամանակ գրեթե բոլոր մարզպետներին հանձնարարվել է խստագույնս ուսումնասիրել, ընդհանուր պատկեր ունենալ, թե հատկապես որ համայնքապետներն են, որոնց նկատմամբ ներկայումս քրեական վարույթներ կան քննչական կոմիտեում և ՀՔԾ-ում։
Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, առաջիկայում իշխանությունները պատրաստվում են բավական կոշտ մեթոդներով, այդ թվում՝ ապօրինի գույքի ձեռքբերման «աստառով», վերջնականապես ազատվել այն համայնքապետներից, որոնք «նախկին կոռումպացված» համակարգի կա՛մ ներկայացուցիչներն են, կա՛մ պարզապես համայնքապետ են դարձել այդ ժամանակաշրջանում:
Ի դեպ, այդպիսիք բավական մեծ թիվ են կազմում։ Այս կերպ նրանք փորձում են ամբողջապես «մաքրել» նաև ՏԻՄ համակարգը և սեփական թիմի անդամներին տեղերում ներառել կառավարման գործընթացին։ Ըստ էության, սա այդ ուղղությամբ հերթական փորձը կլինի, քանզի երկու տարի շարունակ իշխանությունները ջանք ու եռանց չեն խնայում ձերբազատվել ոչ «սվոյ» համայնքապետներից, անկախ նրանց աշխատանքի որակից:
