44 երեխաների մայրը որոշել է այլևս չհղիանալ. ինչպե՞ս է նա կարողանում միայնակ հոգ տանել ընտանիքի մասին
LIFEՈւգանդայի բնակչուհի Մարիամ Նաբանատզիի կյանքը ոչ ոքի անտարբեր չի թողնում : Ոմանց այդ կյանքը ոգեվորում է, ոմանց ապշեցնում : Ոմանք նրան երջանիկ կին են համարում, մյուսները՝ ցավում են նրա համար :
Մարիամն ամուսանցել և առաջին անգամ հղիացել է 13 տարեկան հասակում : Դա զարմանալի չէ, քանի որ այնտեղ, որտեղ բնակվում է նա, ընդունված է աղջիկներին վաղ տարիքում ամուսնացնելը :
Այսօր Մարիամը 42 տարեկան է և ունի 38 երեխա. 38 թվի մեջ չեն մտնում այն երեխաները, որոնք մահացել են : Բանն այն է, որ կինն ունի հազվագյուտ գենետիկական մուտացիա, որի շնորհիվ կանայք հեշտ ու արագ են հղիանում : Յուրաքանչյուր հղիությունից Մարիամն ունեցել է կա՛մ երկվորյակներ, կա՛մ եռյակներ : Նա ասում է, որ եթե բոլոր երեխաները ծնվեին և ողջ մնային, ապա այսօր նա կունենար 44 երեխա :
Ուգանդայի ընտանիքներում սովորաբար ունենում են մինչև 5 երեխա, սակայն երեխաների այն քանակը, որն ունի Մարիամը, անգամ նրանց համար է չափազանց արտառոց : Ընդհանուր առմամբ կինը ծնել է 44 երեխայի՝ 6 երկվորյակի, 4 եռյակի, 3 քառյակի և միայն 2 միայնակ երեխայի :
Վերջին ծննդաբերությունները եղբերգական ավարտ են ուեցել, սակայն միայն դրանցից հետո է կինը բժշկական օգնություն ստացել : Այսօր Մարիամն այլևս չի կարող հղիանալ : Այդ որոշումը, որին կողմ էր նաև բժիշկը, հակասում էր Մարիամի ամուսնու ցանկություններին և հայացքներին :
