ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում  պարզվել է, որ Գյումրի քաղաքի 19-ամյա բնակչուհին իմանալով, որ իր 23-ամյա ընկերուհին խզել է կապերը ընկերոջ հետ, ընկերուհու անմիջական կազմակերպմամբ և ղեկավարմամբ, վրեժխնդիր լինելու նպատակով փորձել է ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկել վերջինիս 23-ամյա  ընկերոջը: 2020թ. օգոստոսի 20-ին՝ ժամը  20:00-ի սահմաններում, պարզաբանումներ ստանալու համար, հեռախոսազանգի միջոցով քաղաքի կենտրոնական զբոսայգում աղջիկները հանդիպել են 23-ամյա երիտասարդին, որի ընթացքում 19-ամյա աղջիկը թիկունքից մոտեցել է վերջինիս և նախապես իր հետ վերցրած ածելիով կտրել-վնասել է նրա պարանոցը, որից հետո ընկերուհիներով հեռացել են:

Քննությամբ պարզվել է նաև, որ 2020թ. մարտի 27-ին, Գյումրի քաղաքի Մուշ թաղամասում գտնվող բնակարաններից մեկում 23-ամյա երիտասարդը Գյումրի քաղաքի 19-ամյա բնակչուհու կամքին հակառակ  փորձել է սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ նրա հետ, սակայն վերջինս սկսել է դիմադրել և երիտասարդը չի կարողացել իր հանցավոր մտադրությունը ավարտին հասցնել։

Բացի այդ, 2020թ. օգոստոսի 15-ին՝ ժամը 11:30-ից մինչև ժամը 12:30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, Գյումրի  քաղաքի Մինաս  Ավետիսյան փողոցում գտնվող շենքերից մեկի բնակարանում, վորոնշյալ երիտասարդը 19-ամյա աղջկա ընկերուհու կամքին հակառակ, բռնության գործադրմամբ սեռական հարաբերություն է ունեցել վերջինիս հետ:

2020թ. օգոստոսի 22-ին որոշում է կայացվել նշված դեպքերով հարուցված քրեական գործերը միացնելու և նախաքննությունը մեկ վարույթում շարունակելու մասին:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 19-ամյա աղջկան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, վերջինիս 23-ամյա ընկերուհուն՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը: 23-ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին:
