Լանզարոտեի կոնվենցիան «միս ու արյուն» է ստանում
POLITICSԻնչպես հայտնի է, մայիսին ԱԺ-ն վավերացրեց հայտնի Լանզարոտեի կոնվենցիան, ինչի հետ կապված բազմաթիվ մտահոգիչ հարցեր բարձրացվեցին տարբեր մասնագետների և ընդհանրապես լայն հանրության կողմից։ Կոնվենցիան այն վավերացրած պետություններին պարտադրում է տարրական և միջնակարգ կրթության ընթացքում սեռական շահագործումից, սեռական բնույթի բռնություններից պաշտպանվելու հետ կապված տեղեկություններ հաղորդել երեխաներին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հապճեպորեն անցկացված այս փաստաթղթի շուրջ լայն քննարկում տեղի չի ունեցել։ Ըստ էության, կոնվենցիան վավերացվել է առանց հանրային քննարկումների, առանց մասնագիտական` մանկավարժական, իրավաբանական, հոգեբանական հանրույթի կարծիքն ու մոտեցումները հաշվի առնելու: Օրենքը, բնականաբար, չէր մնալու «թղթի վրա»։
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Լանզարոտեի կոնվեցիայի հետ կապված՝ ՀՀ իշխանությունների կողմից նոր հաշվետվողական զեկույց է նախապատրաստվում, որտեղ ամփոփ ներկայացված է, որ մասնավորաբար ԿԳՄՍ-ն իր 2022-23 թթ. ծրագրի մեջ պետք է ներառի կոնվենցիայից բխող համապատասխանող կարգավորումներ։ Այնպես որ, առաջիկայում պետք է սպասել որոշակի ծրագրային մանրամասների՝ հասկանալու, թե կոնկրետ ինչ են առաջարկելու մեր երեխաներին։
