«Եթե որակով բերքը քիչ է լինում, գները բարձրանում են». ի՞նչն է նպաստել մրգերի թանկացմանը
ANALYSISՎիճակագրական տվյալներն արդեն մի քանի ամիս է, ինչ փաստում են հատկապես մրգերի գների բարձրացման մասին: Նշենք, որ միայն 2020 թ. հուլիսին նախորդ տարվա հուլիսի համեմատ գրանցվել է մրգերի գնաճի ամենաբարձր՝ 33,6 տոկոս ցուցանիշ: «Ֆերմերային շարժում» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Սարգիս Սեդրակյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նկատեց, որ բանջարեղենի շուկայում բարձրացումն այնքան չէ, որքան մրգի շուկայում: Նա նման ցուցանիշների առկայության մի քանի կողմ առանձնացրեց:
«Մրգի շուկայում գների նման բարձրացման պատճառներից մեկը եղանակային հարցն է, մյուսն ավելի գլոբալ է: Մենք նման ցուցանիշ ունենք պետության կողմից անարդյունավետ, ոչ հստակ, ոչ ռացիոնալ ու ոչ ճիշտ քաղաքականություն իրականացնելու արդյունքում: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, բերքի ծավալներն այս տարի ցածր են: Անձրևներն իրենց հերթին խոչընդոտ դարձան. լավ փոշոտում տեղի չունեցավ, բերքի հասունացման շրջանում դրանք լխկում ու թափվում էին: Անձրևը հիմնականում փչացրեց բերքը, և, մի խոսքով, այս տարի լավ բերք չենք ստացել, թեպետ խաղողի պարագայում, կարծես, լավ իրավիճակ է:
Ընդհանրապես, եթե որակով բերքը քիչ է լինում, գները բարձրանում են, ինչի ականատեսը եղանք այս տարի»,-ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը: Նա չառանձնացրեց մրգի որևէ տեսակ ու նշեց, որ հիմնականում բոլորի գներն այս տարի բարձր են նախորդ տարվա համեմատ: «Առհասարակ վերավաճառողներին քննադատում ենք, բայց նրանք էլ են ընտանիք պահում, աշխատանք չունեն, դրանով են ապրում: Վերավաճառող կա՝ քիչ է գինը բարձրացնում, վերավաճառող կա՝ կրկնակի գին է դնում:
Տեղ կա՝ լավ էլ էժան են գնում բերքը, բայց բերում ու թանկ վաճառում են: Տեղեր կան՝ հենց թանկ էլ առնում են: Գյուղացի կա՝ տան դռան դիմաց գյուղմթերքն ավելի թանկ է վաճառում, քան երբ բերում ու Երևանի շուկաներում է վաճառում: Այս հոգեբանությունը կա մեր գյուղացիների մոտ»,-ասաց նա՝ շեշտելով, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, կան ավելի մեծ առաջնային խնդիրներ: Այդ խնդիրներից մեկը, ըստ մեր զրուցակցի, գյուղտեխնիկայի հարցն է: «Եթե այսօր գյուղացուն հարցնես՝ քեզ հիմնականում ի՞նչ է պետք, կասի՝ գյուղտեխնիկա, որովհետև գյուղերում գյուղտեխնիկա չկա:
Հին, սովետական, կիսաքանդ, մաշված, ինքնաշեն տեխնիկա է: Կոմբայնը որ գալիս է, վախենում ես, ասում՝ հիմա մասերն ուր որ է՝ կպոկվեն, կընկնեն»,-ասաց նա: Որպես գլոբալ խնդիր՝ Սարգիս Սեդրակյանը վերջում ընդգծեց գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության բացակայության մասին ու շեշտեց, որ Հայաստանի նման աղքատ ագրարային երկրի պարագայում նման որոշումն ի սկզբանե սխալ էր:
