«Մայիսի 25-ից դիմակ կրելը փակ և բաց տարածքներում դարձավ պարտադիր։ Այս պարտադիր նորմի ընդունումը պարետը հիմնավորեց համավարակի տարածումը զսպելու և կանխելու նպատակով՝ համոզված լինելով, որ դիմակների համատարած կրումը պետք է փրկեր տապալված և ձախողված հակահամաճարակային ռազմավարությունը։
Հիմա փորձենք հասկանալ, թե որքանո՞վ է արդյունավետ եղել փակ և բաց տարածքներում դիմակի պարտադիր կրելու որոշումը և լուծե՞լ է արդյոք առաջադրված խնդիրը։
Այսպես, մայիսի 25-ին, նոր կորոնավիրուսով վարակված է եղել 7402 ՀՀ քաղաքացի։ Իսկ օգոստոսի 28-ի դրությամբ վարակվածների թիվը հասել է 43451-ի։ Այս թվերը պաշտոնական են, իրական վարակվածների թիվը ոչ ոք չգիտի։
Մայիսի 25-ի դրությամբ նոր կորոնավիրուսից մահացածների թիվը կազմում էր 91 մարդ, իսկ օգոստոսի 28-ի դրությամբ մահացածների թիվը հասնում է 1135-ի։ Այս տվյալները պաշտոնական են, իրական մահերի թիվը կպարզվի նախաքննության արդյունքում։
Պարզ թվաբանությունը հուշում է, որ մահերի թիվը, դիմակը պարտադիր կրելու որոշումից հետո, ավելացել է գրեթե 12 անգամ, իսկ վարակակիրների թիվն աճել է գրեթե 7 անգամ։
Հիմա այս կառավարության կազմում կա՞ գեթ մեկ խելացի և ուղեղ ունեցող մարդ, որ կարող է ինձ և մեր քաղաքացիներին համոզել, որ դիմակի կրումը զսպում է համավարակի տարածումը և վերջին օրերի թվերի նվազումը կապված է ՀՀ կառավարության հակահամաճարակային «արդյունավետ» ռազմավարության հետ։
