Ձերբակալվել են Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի պաշտոնատար անձինք. ՀՔԾ-ն մանրամասներ է հայտնում
POLITICSՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 2րդ եւ 308-րդ հոդվածի 1ին մասերով, ինչպես նաեւ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-308-րդ հոդվածի 2րդ եւ 38-308-րդ հոդվածի 1ին մասերով նախատեսված արարքներ կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի աշխատակիցներ Վ. Ա.-ն, Հ. Մ.-ն եւ Ա. Տ.-ն:
ՀՔԾ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն` 2020թ. հունվարփետրվար ամիսներին ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի արեւելյան մաքսատուն-վարչության Բագրատաշենի մաքսային կետ-բաժնի բաժանմունքի պետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Վ. Ա.-ն ու նույն բաժանմունքի մաքսային տեսուչի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Հ. Մ.-ն` բաժանմունքի կշեռքավար Ա. Տ.-ի օժանդակությամբ, իրենց պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործել են ծառայության շահերին հակառակ եւ չեն կատարել ծառայողական պարտականությունները, այն է՝ 2020թ. հունվարի 17ին 1150 տարա յուղով բեռնված բեռնատարների վարորդներին թույլատրել են հիշյալ բեռների վերաբերյալ մաքսային հայտարարագիր ներկայացված չլինելու պայմաններում Բագրատաշենի մաքսակետով մուտք գործել ՀՀ տարածք, որի հետեւանքով բեռի սեփականատերը ՀՀ պետական բյուջե չի վճարել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 16.034.356 ՀՀ դրամի հարկեր, տուրքեր եւ պարտադիր այլ վճարներ:
Բացի այդ, ըստ նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների, մաքսային ծառայության վերը նշված պաշտոնատար անձինք 2020թ. հունվարի 25ին եւ 29-ին, ինչպես նաեւ 2020թ. մարտի 1-ին նույն եղանակով` առանց մաքսային հայտարարագրման, թույլատրել են նշված մաքսակետով յուրաքանչյուր անգամ 680 տարա յուղի տեղափոխումը ՀՀ տարածք, որի հետեւանքով բեռի սեփականատերը ՀՀ պետական բյուջե չի վճարել ընդհանուր` 28.397.753 ՀՀ դրամի հարկեր, տուրքեր եւ պարտադիր այլ վճարներ:
