SOCIETYՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցության պայմաններում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Ա.Ղ.-ին: Նա, հանդիսանալով ՀՀ Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ամբաստանյալ և գտնվելով կալանքի տակ, ՀՀ ԱՆ «Երևան-Կենտրոն» ՔԿՀ-ում, նույն գործով մյուս ամբաստանյալ՝ ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ-ի կալանավոր Կ. Ս.-ի օժանդակությամբ, խախտելով «Թմրամիջոցների և հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի և ՀՀ կառավարության համապատասխան որոշման պահանջները, ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ-ի կալանավոր Ն. Ե.-ից անձնական օգտագործման նպատակով ապօրինի ձեռք է բերել, պահել և փոխադրել է թմրամիջոցներ:
Մասնավորապես՝ Ա. Ղ.-ն, գտնվելով կալանքի տակ ՀՀ ԱՆ «Երևան-Կենտրոն» ՔԿՀ-ում, 2019 թ. հունիսին համաձայնության է եկել ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ-ի կալանավոր Կ. Ս.-ի հետ «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ-ի կալանավոր Ն. Ե.-ից խոշոր չափերով «մեթադոն» տեսակի թմրամիջոց պարունակող դեղահատեր և «հաշիշի յուղ» տեսակի թմրամիջոցներ ձեռք բերելու հարցում իրեն օժանդակելու շուրջ: Այնուհետև, Կ. Ս.-ն 2019 թ. հունիսի 7-ին ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արթիկ» ՔԿՀ-ի կալանավոր Ն. Ե.-ից ստացել է խոշոր չափի՝ ընդհանուր 0,3192 գրամ քաշով «մեթադոն» տեսակի թմրամիջոց պարունակող դեղահատեր և մանր չափի՝ 0,31 գրամ քաշով «հաշիշի յուղ» տեսակի թմրամիջոց՝ Ա. Ղ.-ին ապօրինի փոխանցելու համար:
