Եղունգների լաք. ինչո՞ւ էին հնում տղամարդիկ մանիկյուր անում

Ժամանակակից շատ կանայք չեն կարող պատկերացնել իրենց առանց մանիկյուրի, սակայն միայն քչերը գիտեն, որ եղունգների լաքի պատմությունը ունի ավելի քան մեկ հազարամյակի պատմություն: Եղունգների լաքի նման մի բան ստեղծվել է դեռևս մ.թ.ա. 9–8-րդ դարերում Էտրուսական քաղաքակրթության շրջանում: Տարբեր ժամանակներում հին քաղաքակրթությունները օգտագործել են տարբեր բնական նյութեր լաք ստեղծելու համար:

Օրինակ ՝ հին եգիպտացիները այն պատրաստել են բնական խեժերից (սաթից), իսկ Չինաստանում՝ մ.թ.ա. 2-րդ հազարամյակի սկզբին, լաքի ծառի հյութից: 8-րդ դարում լաքերը պատրաստվել են տարբեր բուսական յուղերի հիման վրա ՝ ընկույզի, կտավատի և կանեփի: Խոսելով եղունգների լաքի ստեղծման պատմության մասին՝ չի կարելի չհիշատակել չինական Մին դինաստիայի դարաշրջանը (14-17-րդ դարեր): Երկար եղունգները նորաձևության մեջ են մտել հենց այդ ժամանակահատվածում: Դրանք ապացուցել են, որ մանիկյուրային մշակում ունեցող տղամարդը պատկանում է բարձր հասարակությանը: Կանայք աճեցրել են եղունգները մինչև քսանհինգ սանտիմետր երկարությամբ:

Սա եղել է ապացույց նրա, որ նրանք չեն կատարում ձեռքի աշխատանք: Հետաքրքիր է, որ տղամարդիկ ևս երկար եղունգներ են ունեցել: Համարվել է, որ նման մանիկյուրը նրանց պաշտպանում է չար աչքից, ինչպես նաև վկայում է իմաստության և տղամարդկության մասին: Բնականաբար, պետք է հասկանալ, որ երկար եղունգները լաքապատվել են: Սկզբում ընդունված է եղել ներկել եղունգները ոսկեգույն կամ արծաթագույն, որոշ ժամանակ անց այդ գույները փոխարինվել են սևով և կարմիրով: Մին դինաստիայի օրոք հայտնվել են անգամ առաջին կեղծ եղունգները:

Հնագիտական պեղումների ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են թանկարժեք մետաղներից պատրաստված արհեստական եղունգներ: Սակայն եղունգների լաքը ներկայիս տեսքով հայտնվել է շատ ավելի ուշ, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ միայն 20-րդ դարի սկզբին: Ծնունդով կանադացի ձեռնարկատեր Չարլզ Ռիվսոնն է համարվում եղունգների լաքի գյուտարարը: Նա երեխա ժամանակ արտագաղթել է Միացյալ Նահանգներ, որտեղ էլ հիմնել է «Revlon» հայտնի ընկերությունը: 20-րդ դարի 30-ական թվականներին «Revlon»-ը սկսել է արտադրել և վաճառել եղունգների առաջին այնպիսի լաքերը, որոնք ջրով չեն լվացվում:

Նման գունավոր լաքերի դեբյուտային հավաքածուն հասարակությանն է ներկայացվել 1933 թվականին: Հենց «Revlon»-նն էլ հեղափոխություն է իրականացրել մանիկյուրային ծածկույթի ոլորտում: Ընդ որում, մինչ այդ պահը ընկերությունը արտադրել է միայն թափանցիկ լաքեր, որոնք օգտագործվել են եղունգները փայլեցնելու համար: Հետագայում այդ ամենը զարգացում է ստացել, և արդեն 2000-ականներին ի հայտ են եկել նորույթներ՝ բիոգելեր, եղունգների վրա 3D պատկերներ, գլիտերներ, փայլեր և այլն։
