POLITICS«Քննիչը չէր ներկայացել, որը գնահատում եմ որպես անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դատավարությանը եւ գնահատում եմ որպես դատավարական տեխնիկական հնարք, չտալու հնարավարություն, որպեսզի բողոքը քննվի, շատ լավ հասկանալով, որ հաղորդումը հանցագործության մասին, որն իմ կողմից ներկայացված է եղել բացարձակ հիմնավոր է»։ Այս մասին երեկ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Արթուր Ղազինյանը։
Նշենք, որ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում դատավոր Մանվել Շահգելդյանի նախագահությամբ, այսօր հետաձգվեց նոր կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի դեմ պայքարը տապալելու փաստի առիթով քրեական գործ հարուցելու պահանջով Արթուր Ղազինյանի բողոքի քննությունը։
«Ներկայացված են եղել անհերքելի եւ հանրահայտ փաստական տվյալներ, որոնց նույնիսկ 20 տոկոսի առկայության պարագայում ցանկացած իրավական պետության մեջ դատախազական եւ քննչական մարմիններն ուղղակի պարտավոր էին հարուցել քրեական գործ։ Գործը գտնվում է քաղաքական վերահսկողության ներքո, գտնվում է քաղաքական հրահանգավորման տակ եւ գտնվում է քաղաքական բարձրագույն իշխանության անմիջական հսկողության տակ»,- ասաց Ղազինյանը։
Նշենք, որ հունիսի 12-ին Արթուր Ղազինյանը հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում էր ներկայացրել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն եւ ՀՔԾ՝ կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարը տապալելու, մարդու կյանքի եւ առողջության համար վտանգ ներկայացնող տեղեկատվությունը թաքցնելու եւ աղավաղելու, ինչպես նաեւ պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելու փաստերով քրեական գործ հարուցելու պահանջով:
