Ոչ թե վկայականի գումար, այլ «պարտավորություն եկեղեցու հանդեպ»
POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթին վերջին շրջանում մի քանի քաղաքացիներ էին դիմել՝ մասնավորապես նշելով, որ Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերում և մայրաքաղաքում գործող եկեղեցիներում պսակադրության վկայականի տրամադրման արժեքը տատանվում է 3000-5000 դրամի սահմաններում, մինչդեռ կան ՀԱԵ թեմեր, որտեղ վկայականի արժեքը հասնում է մինչև 20-25 հազարի:
Օրինակ՝ ըստ մեզ դիմողներից մեկի, Շիրակի թեմում 21000 դրամ է: Մարդկանց հետաքրքրում էր՝ ինչու է այսչափ մեծ գնային տարբերությունը, արդյո՞ք չկան հստակ սահմանաչափեր: ՀԱԵ մեր աղբյուրները տեղեկացնում էին, որ իրականում թեմերից յուրաքանչյուրն ինքն է որոշում իր կողմից մատուցվող ծառայությունների արժեքը: Հարցի վերաբերյալ պարզաբանումներ ստանալու համար դիմեցինք Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի տեղեկատվական համակարգի տնօրեն տեր Վահրամ քահանա Մելիքյանին, սակայն նա մեզ ուղղորդեց Շիրակի թեմ, որպեսզի այնտեղից ճշտենք, թե ինչու է նման գին սահմանված:
Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդարանից «Փաստին» պատասխանեցին. «Դա բնավ պսակադրության վկայական ստանալու համար չէ, կոչվում է լուսագին, որը տարբեր թեմերում բնականորեն տարբեր կլինի, որովհետև արժեքը որոշվում է թեմական վարչական կառույցի կողմից՝ եպիսկոպոսի գլխավորությամբ: Մկրտությանը 7 հազար դրամ է, պսակադրությանը՝ 21 հազար դրամ՝ այն տրամաբանությամբ, որպեսզի մարդը մեկ անգամ մկրտության պարագայում, քրիստոնյա դառնալուց իր տասանորդը եկեղեցուն տա, որովհետև հիմա եկեղեցին որևէ մեկից տասանորդ չի ուզում, չէ՞, այսինքն՝ դա սիմվոլիկ գումար է, որը նվազագույն աշխատավարձի տասը տոկոսի չափով որպես լուսագին է սահմանված, որպեսզի մարդը եկեղեցուն տա:
Նույն տրամաբանությամբ էլ՝ պսակադրությունը, որպեսզի մարդը, ինչպես էլ չլինի, պսակվելուց առաջ հարսանիք կանի, որոշակի մաս էլ եկեղեցուն բաժին հանի: Այդ գումարը վկայականի համար չէ, այլ եկեղեցու հանդեպ որոշակի պարտավորություն կատարելու համար է»:
