Ինչպիսի՞ն էր ամառային հանգստի սեզոնը ներքին զբոսաշրջության համար, որքանո՞վ կարգավորվեց դաշտը՝ հաշվի առնելով ոլորտում առկա դեմպինգը: Անդրադառնալով նշված հարցերին՝ Տուրիզմի հայկական ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Մեխակ Ապրեսյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ընդգծեց ոլորտի աշխուժացման մասին: «Միջազգային զբոսաշրջության հնարավորության բացակայության պայմաններում հատկապես հուլիս-օգոստոս ամիսներին ներքին զբոսաշրջությունը բավականին ակտիվ էր:

Մեր գնահատմամբ՝ չի բացառվում, որ այս տարվա հուլիս-օգոստոսի ցուցանիշներով կմոտենանք նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի ցուցանիշներին: Այն հանրային ընկալումը, քաղաքականությունը, ըստ որի՝ զբոսաշրջության վերականգնման գործընթացը պետք է սկսենք ներքին զբոսաշրջությունից, իրականություն դարձավ: Աշխուժացումն իր հերթին նպաստեց որոշակի հարցերի լուծմանը. իհարկե ոչ ամբողջությաբ, բայց ներքին տուրիզմի ոլորտում աշխատատեղերի վերականգնման փուլ սկսվեց»,-ասաց Մ. Ապրեսյանը:

Նա շեշտեց, որ դեմպինգի խնդիրն ինչ-որ չափով կարգավորվել է, որովհետև ի տարբերություն ապրիլ-մայիս ամիսների, այս ոլորտում պահանջարկը հետզհետե ավելացավ. «Մի քանի բողոքներ էլ են եղել, թե գները բարձր են, բայց այդպես չէ: Բոլոր տեղերում էլ զեղչեր են եղել: Համենայն դեպս, ավելի թանկ չի եղել, քան նախորդ տարի: Կարելի է ասել, ի տարբերություն նախորդ տարիների, անգամ սովորականից ավելի զեղչված գներով են առաջարկներ արել»: Կարևորելով նաև զբոսաշրջության ոլորտին առնչվող կառավարության աջակցության վերջին ծրագրերն ու դրանց ազդեցությունը՝ մեր զրուցակիցն ընդգծեց. «Ներքին զբոսաշրջության մեջ ներգրավված անձինք քիչ թե շատ սկսել են աշխատել, այդ հնարավորությունը որոշակիորեն ստեղծված է, բայց այն բոլոր սուբյեկտները, որոնց սպառողն օտարերկրյա զբոսաշրջիկն է, դեռ գործ ու եկամուտ չունեն:

Շատ կարևոր է, որ նման միջոցառումներով աշխատելու հնարավորություն ստեղծվի նաև նրանց համար: Այնուամենայնիվ, մենք մեծ հույսով սպասում ենք միջազգային զբոսաշրջության վերականգնմանը, որովհետև միայն ներքին զբոսաշրջությամբ մեր խնդիրները չենք կարող լուծել: Սուբյեկտները չեն կարող վերապրոֆիլավորվել ու ներքին տուրիզմի շուկա մտնել, որովհետև դա օգուտ չի տա ու կարող է անգամ վնասել, քանի որ մեր ներքին զբոսաշրջային շուկան այդքան տարողունակ չէ: Բացի այդ, դրսից եկամուտները խիստ անհրաժեշտ են թե՛ զբոսաշրջության, թե՛, ընդհանրապես, տնտեսության վերականգնման համար»:

Մեխակ Ապրեսյանը շեշտեց, որ հուլիսի և օգոստոսի աշխուժությունը սեպտեմբերին չի լինի, բայց ակտիվություն որոշ չափով կլինի: «Ամեն դեպքում, որպեսզի միջազգային զբոսաշրջության վերականգնման պայմաններում կարողանանք ապահովել ու բարձրացնել մեր ներքին զբոսաշրջության մրցունակությունը, որոշակի քայլեր են պետք: Ի թիվս այլ միջոցառումների, մեր ներքին զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանն էապես նպաստել է նաև սոցիալական փաթեթով հանգստի ապահովման համակարգը»,-ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը:
