Պարետը թույլտվություն է տվել
POLITICSՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների 2020-2021 ուսումնական տարվա ընդունելությանը մասնակցելու նպատակով այս տարի առցանց դիմում-հայտ են ներկայացրել օտարերկրյա քաղաքացի հանդիսացող 84 սփյուռքահայեր (Վրաստան` 69, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն՝ 14, ԱՄՆ՝ 1) և Հայաստանից դուրս գտնվող ՀՀ 11 քաղաքացիներ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն։ Պարետի թույլտվությամբ վերոնշյալ դիմորդները 2020 թ. հունիսի 25-ից անարգել մուտք են գործել ՀՀ տարածք՝ հուլիսի 1-ին տասնօրյակում ընդունելության քննություններին մասնակցելու նպատակով:
Արդյունքում՝ միասնական քննություններին մասնակցած Վրաստանի 17 քաղաքացիներ (ազգությամբ հայ) ընդունվել են ՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններ, և համաձայն Պարետի թույլտվության` ապահովվել է նրանց մուտքը ՀՀ տարածք՝ 2020 թ. սեպտեմբերի 1-ից մեկնարկած ուսումնական գործընթացին մասնակցելու նպատակով: Հիմք ընդունելով ՀՀ կառավարության մի շարք որոշումներ, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ նախնական, միջին, բարձրագույն և հետբուհական մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնող ուսումնական հաստատություններում 2020-2021 ուսումնական տարվա համար օտարերկրացիների և սփյուռքահայերի փաստաթղթերի ընդունման ժամանակացույցը՝ ՀՀ ուսումնական հաստատություններում ուսումնառելու նպատակով այս պահի դրությամբ ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություն են դիմել օտարերկրյա պետություններում գտնվող ավելի քան 300 սփյուռքահայեր, որոնցից շուրջ 250-ը՝ Վրաստանի քաղաքացիներ:
Դիմորդների մի մասը մասնակցում է նաև սփյուռքահայերին պետության կողմից ուսանողական նպաստների ձևով ուսման վարձի լրիվ փոխհատուցմամբ (անվճար) առկա ուսուցմամբ բակալավրիատի՝ սփյուռքի համար առաջնային համարվող հայագիտական, մանկավարժական և արվեստի բնագավառի մասնագիտություններով, ինչպես նաև միջին մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրերով ընդունելության մրցույթներին: Այս պահի դրությամբ ընդունելության գործընթացը շարունակվում է: Օգոստոսի 10-ից ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունն իրականացրել է համապատասխան աշխատանքներ՝ ապահովելու վերոնշյալ քաղաքացիների մուտքը ՀՀ տարածք:
