Նոր մանրամասներ` «օրենքով գող» Արմեն Կանևսկոյի քրոջ տղաների և 2 անձանց հրազենային վնասվածքներ պատճառելու դեպքից
SOCIETYՀայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր օր-ի 34-104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 4-ին, հետախուզում է հայտարարվել Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 36-ամյա Արթուր Ասրյանի նկատմամբ: Ինչպես հայտնում է SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, վերջինս կասկածվում է երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 3-ին, Երևան քաղաքի Հալաբյան 53 շենքի դիմացի խաղահրապարակում հրազենով կրակոցներ արձակելու և Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչներ, 29-ամյա Տարոն Թամրազյանին, 31-ամյա Տիգրան Թամրազյանին, 38-ամյա Դավիթ Տոնոյանին և 54-ամյա Վարդան Փաշինյանին վնասվածքներ պատճառելու մեջ:
Կայքի տեղեկությունենրով՝ Ա. Ասրյանը դեռ այս տարվա հունիսի 15-ից ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի կողմից հետախուզվում էր ՀՀ քր օր-ի մի քանի հոդվածներով, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ քր օր-ի 34-176 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի (կողոպուտը, որը կատարվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ խոշոր չափերով), 34-177 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի (գողությունը, որը կատարվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ), 185 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (գույքը դիտավորությամբ ոչնչացնելը կամ վնասելը) հատանիշներով:
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ Ա. Ասրյանին և հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող հրազենը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: Քննչական մարմնին արդեն հայտնի են որոշ մանրամասներ տեղի ունեցած կրակոցների փաստով, սակայն նախաքննության շահերից ելնելով՝ այս պահին որոշ մանրամասներ չենք հրապարակում:
