POLITICS«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորի թեկնածուների շուրջ ուշագրավ զարգացումներ են տեղի ունենում: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովը բացառիկ եզրակացություն է տվել Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորի թեկնածու Երվանդ Խունդկարյանի անցյալի, կատարած աշխատանքի վերաբերյալ:
Մասնավորապես, մեր տեղեկություններով` հանձնաժողովի խորհրդատվական եզրակացությունում նշվում է, թե Խունդկարյանի կայացրած դատական որոշումների պատճառով ֆինանսական լուրջ խնդիրների առջեւ է կանգնել Հայաստանը:
Բանն այն է, որ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը Հայաստանին մեծ գումարներ է պարտագրել վճարել, եւ վճիռների զգալի մասը քննվել է հենց Խունդկարյանի կողմից: Ու հիմա ԱԺ իշխանական խմբակցությունը ծանր կացության մեջ է. այդ պայմաններում ինչպե՞ս քվեարկել Խունդկարյանի օգտնին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԺ իշխանական խմբակցության համար անընդունելի է նաեւ ՀՀ նախագահի կողմից առաջադրված թեկնածուն՝ Արթուր Վաղարշյանը, որը մեկ անգամ արդեն մերժվել է նույն մեծամասնության կողմից: Հիմա էլ մտավախություն կա, որ նրան էլի չեն ընտրի:
Ու եթե ԱԺ-ն չընտրի Խունդկարյանիեւ, Վաղարշյանին, ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանում քվորումի խնդիր է լինելու:
Մի բան հիմա պարզ է. այժմ քննարկումներ են ընթանում, որ գոնե երեք թեկնածուներից մեկին` էդգար Շաթիրյանին, խորհրդարանն ընտրի որպես ՍԴ դատավոր, որը համեմատաբար անվիճելի անցյալ ունի, թեեւ նրա մասով էլ հիշատակվում է քեռին, որը ԱԱԾ-ում բարձր պաշտոն է զբաղեցնում: Մեծ հաշվով անբիծ կենսագրություն ունեցող իրավաբան-գիտնականի խնդիր կա երկրում»:
