ՍԴ-ի նոր «ասողները»
ANALYSISՆերկայումս ՍԴ-ում բավականին հախուռն իրավիճակ է, քանի որ դեռևս վերջնական հստակեցված չէ, թե ՍԴ դատավորներից ովքեր են վերջնականապես լքում իրենց զբաղեցրած պաշտոնը, կամ լքում են, թե ոչ, ովքեր են ընտրվելու և այլն։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, ՍԴ-ում ներկա փուլում երկու դատավորներ իրենք իրենց «ասող» են հռչակել և փորձում են կոորդինացիա իրականացնել. խոսքը Վահե Գրիգորյանի և Արման Դիլանյանի մասին է։ Թերթի՝ ՍԴ աղբյուրը հաղորդել է, որ անցած տարի իրեն ՍԴ նախագահ հռչակած Վահե Գրիգորյանը հիմա փորձում է աստիճանաբար նորից դերի մեջ մտնել։
Ավելին, մեր կառավարական աղբյուրը վստահեցրեց, որ Վահե Գրիգորյանը վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում նկատելի հաճախականությամբ այցելում է կառավարություն. ի դեպ, այցերը տեղի են ունեցել հետաշխատանքային ժամերին։ Մեր զրուցակցի փոխանցմամբ, վերջին այցերից մեկի ժամանակ նրան ուղեկցել է նաև Դիլանյանը, իսկ շատ կարճ ժամանակ անց կառավարություն է եկել նաև փաստաբան Տիգրան Եգորյանը։
Ըստ նույն աղբյուրի, կառավարության շենքում հիշյալ անձինք բավական երկար են մնացել և միասին են լքել այն։ Ի դեպ, տեղեկություններ կան, որ այդ հանդիպման ժամանակ ոչ միայն ՍԴ հարցերն են քննարկվում, այլև Մարտի 1-ի հետ կապված դատավարության ընթացքին առնչվող հարցեր:
