Հերթական «հետողորմյան», այս անգամ՝ թիվ 114 դպրոցի տնօրենի հարցում
ANALYSISԵրևանի թիվ 114 դպրոցում ատեստատների հանձնման փոքրիկ միջոցառումը ամռան սկզբին իշխանությունները դարձրեցին «փոթորիկ մեկ բաժակ ջրում»: Նախ՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր էջում տեղադրեց համապատասխան տեսանյութը՝ նշելով, թե իբր դպրոցում Վերջին զանգի արարողություն են կատարել արտակարգ դրության ժամանակ, ապա գրառում կատարեց ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը՝ նշելով, թե «մենք կձեռնարկենք ամենախիստ միջոցները»:
Նախարարը նախ՝ խիստ նկատողություն էր հայտարարել տնօրեն Ռուզաննա Կոստանյանին, ապա նրան ազատել աշխատանքից: Նախարարն անտեսել էր թե՛ պարզաբանումները, թե՛ աշակերտների ու ծնողների ձայնը՝ ի պաշտպանություն դպրոցի տնօրենի: Եվ ահա, դպրոցի տնօրեն Ռուզաննա Կոստանյանը դատի էր տվել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությանը՝ իրեն խիստ նկատողություն հայտարարելու վերաբերյալ համապատասխան հրամանը անվավեր ճանաչելու պահանջով:
«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, դատարանը նախանիստ է արել և օրենքի ուժով խիստ նկատողությունը կասեցվել է: Ավելին, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, օրերս, այս որոշումից հետո նախարարը չեղյալ է հայտարարել նաև Ռուզաննա Կոստանյանի հետ աշխատանքային պայմանագրի լուծումը, այսինքն՝ նա վերականգնվել է աշխատանքում: Փաստացի, այս օրինակը ևս մեկ անգամ ի ցույց է դնում, որ իշխանությունները նախ ապահովում են շոուն, ապա իրականացնում այդ շոուից բխող քայլեր, իսկ հետո, երբ պարզվում է, որ ո՛չ պատճառ կա, ո՛չ իրավական հիմքեր, «հետողորմյա» են անում, ընդ որում՝ մաքսիմալ ծածուկ, այն դեպքում, երբ սկզբից մեծ աղմուկ էին բարձրացրել:
