POLITICSՉորս տարի առաջ՝ 2016թ.-ի սեպտեմբերի 8-ին, հրաժարական տվեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը: Ամփոփելով իր վարչապետության տարիները՝ Աբրահամյանն իր հրաժարականի ուղերձում նշել էր.
«Մենք մեծ ջանքեր ենք գործադրել հասարակության բոլոր հատվածների հետ երկխոսություն ձևավորելու համար: Գիտնական թե հողի աշխատավոր, արվեստաբան թե առևտրական, դաշնակից թե ընդդիմադիր, շինարար թե կառուցապատման խարդախություններից տուժած քաղաքացի՝ ես հանդիպել եմ բոլորի հետ, անկեղծորեն ներկայացրել առկա սահմանափակումները և տվել կոնկրետ խնդիրների իրատեսական լուծումներ»:
Էական թափ են ստացել գյուղատնտեսության կենսատու ոռոգման համակարգերի աշխատանքները, նախաձեռնվել և իրականացվում են կառավարության գերակայություն հանդիսացող ջրամբարաշինության աշխատանքները»:
Կառավարության ծրագրով կանխորոշված բոլոր չորս ջրամբարներն ունեն հստակ ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրներ և գտնվում են իրականացման տարբեր փուլերում՝ տեխնիկական հիմնավորումից մինչև շինարարություն։
Վերականգնվել և էապես արագացել են Իրանի և Վրաստանի հետ տարածաշրջանային ինտեգրացիան խորացնող, արտահանման մեծ ներուժ ապահովող բոլոր ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերը: Անդամակցությունը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը հնարավորություն է տվել մեր գործարարներին նվազեցնելու արտաքին առևտրի գործառնական ծախսերը և մեղմելու 2015 թ. տարածաշրջանային տնտեսական շոկերը:
Մեծածավալ աշխատանք է կատարվել Երևանում որոշ կառուցապատողների ձախողման արդյունքում երկարատև ժամանակ կեցավայր չունեցող քաղաքացիների իրավունքների վերականգնման և աջակցության համար, նրանց խնդիրների լուծման արդյունքում կենսունակ է դարձել վաղուց քննարկվող «Հին Երևան» ծրագիրը, որը կմեկնարկի շուտով:
2015 թ․ հունվարից ուժի մեջ մտած «Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի պետական աջակցության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի ընդունումից հետո հիմնվել է 125 սկսնակ ընկերություն: Ընդ որում, կարևոր է, որ ոլորտում նոր ընկերությունների բացվելու ու հավաստագրման դիմելու տեմպերը հետզհետե ավելանում են:
Բյուջետային ոլորտում, չնայած սաստկացող ֆիսկալ ճնշումներին, 2014 թվականից տարեկան շուրջ 40 մլրդ դրամով ավելացվեցին աշխատավարձերը, էապես բարելավվեց արտաքին ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող կարևորագույն ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերի կատարողականը: 2013 թ. ցածր կատարողականն արդեն 2014 թ. արձանագրեց էական բարելավում, իսկ 2015 թ. կատարողականն ավելացավ ավելի քան 35 մլրդ դրամով՝ հասնելով շուրջ 100 մլրդ դրամի, ինչի արդյունքում ծրագրերը գերակատարվեցին 25 տոկոսով»:
