Վառելափայտի հարցը բավական լուրջ է
SOCIETYՀայտնի է, որ տարվա այս ժամանակահատվածում բնակչության մեծամասնությունը զբաղված է ձմռան նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներով, որի ամենաառանցքային հարցը վառելիքն է։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, այս թեման առավել սուր է դրված հատկապես գյուղերում, որտեղ բնակչության զգալի մասը վառելիքի հարցը լուծում է բնափայտով, որի ձեռքբերումը վերջին երկու տարիներին հատկապես տեղացիների համար դարձել է ամենամեծ գլխացավանքը։
Բանն այն է, որ այս սեզոնին իշխանությունների կողմից հատուկ հանձնարարական է իջեցվում անտառային տնտեսություններին և անտառային հսկիչներին, որպեսզի տեղերում առավել ուժեղացնեն հսկողությունը։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս օրերին արդեն իսկ հսկողությունն ավելացվել է հատկապես այն մարզերում (Լոռի, Տավուշ, որոշ չափով նաև Սյունիք), որտեղ շատ են անտառները, և տեղի են ունենում ծառահատումներ։ Մեզ հետ զրույցում տեղացիներից մեկը նշել է, որ «էկոլոգիան (բնապահպանական տեսչությունը) ողջ օրը հսկում է բոլոր մեքենաների շարժը», ոչ մի կտոր փայտ անտառից հնարավոր չէ հանել։
Մեր տեղեկություններով, ներկայումս օրենքով սահմանված վճարում կատարելու միջոցով բնափայտ ձեռք բերելու սակագները, նախորդ տարվա համեմատ, էլ ավելի են բարձրացել՝ տեղերում կազմելով 28-30 հազար դրամ, ինչը տեղացիների համար անհասանելի գումար է։ Մեր զրուցակիցը հավելել է նաև, որ մարդիկ ձմեռվա վառելիք ձեռք բերելու հարցում իրենք ոչնչի առաջ չեն պատրաստվում կանգնել և առաջիկայում կդիմեն կոնկրետ քայլերի։ Հիշեցնենք, որ խոսքը ոչ թե փայտանյութի վաճառքի մասին է, որի հետ կապված նախորդ տարի Իջևանում բավական լարված իրավիճակ էր ստեղծվել, այլ զուտ «տան ձմեռվա վառելափայտի»։
