«Արարատի մարզպետ Գարիկ Սարգսյանը Ռուսաստանում՝ Մերձմոսկովյան շրջանի Խիմկի քաղաքում, 9.000.000 ռուբլի արժողությամբ բնակարան է ձեռք բերել»,- 168.am-ի զրույցում ասել է Արարատի մարզի բնակիչը:
Լևատվամիջոցի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ մարզպետը վերջերս է բնակարանը ձեռք բերել՝ նորակառույց էլիտար շենքում:
«Խիմկիում էլիտար շենքեր են սարքել, իրենք էլ այդտեղ սալիկի, բրուշատկեքի ցեխ ունեն, նորկյանքցիները սաղ այդ ցեխերից ունեն Մոսկվայում: Խիմկիում ապրող մարդիկ կան, ասել են՝ բնակարանի լուսանկարներն էլ կտրամադրեն: Գարիկը մինչև հեղափոխությունը գնացել, աշխատել է Խիմկիում, իսկ հայրը մեր մարզում, ավելի շուտ՝ Արտաշատից դեպի Նոր կյանք, Արարատ, ճանաչված է՝ որպես տոկոսով փող տվող, ասում են՝ «տոկոսով Մնաց»: 9 միլիոն ռուբլի, մոտ 120.000 դոլար, տեսնում եք՝ ինչ հարստանալ հարստացան, երեկ՝ մեկ, այսօր՝ երկու»:
