Ռասսայական, էթնիկ, սեռական բազմազանություն. «Օսկար»-ի «Լավագույն ֆիլմ» անվանակարգում հավակնող ֆիլմերի համար նոր չափորոշիչներ են սահմանվել

Կինոարվեստի ամերիկյան ակադեմիան նոր չափանիշներ է սահմանել «Օսկար» մրցանակի «Լավագույն ֆիլմ» անվանակարգում հավակնող ֆիլմերի համար: Ակադեմիայի կայքում նշվում է, որ նոր կանոններն ուղղված են ռասսայական, էթնիկ, սեռական և այլ փոքրամասնությունների, ինչպես նաև կանանց նկատմամբ ճնշումների դեմ պայքարին, գրում է The New York Times-ը։

«Այդ չափանիշները միտված են արդար հիմունքներով ապահովել մարդկանց բազմազանությունն էկրանին և դրանից դուրս՝ նպատակ ունենալով արտացոլել կինոդիտողների միջև տարբերությունները»,- նշվում է հայտարարությունում:

Կինոարվեստների ակադեմիան ներկայացնում է չորս չափանիշ, որոնցից առնվազն երկուսը պետք է պահպանվեն, որպեսզի ֆիլմն իրավունք ունենա հավակնելու «Տարվա լավագույն ֆիլմի կոչմանը»: Նոր կանոնները կսկսեն գործել 2024 թվականին կինոմրցանակին առաջադրված ֆիլմերի համար։

Կինոարվեստի ամերիկյան ակադեմիան առաջին հերթին ուշադրություն է հրավիրում մրցանակին հավակնող ֆիլմերի դերասանական կազմին․ առաջին կամ երկրորդ պլանի դերասաններից առնվազն մեկը պետք է լինի ռասայական կամ էթնիկ փոքրամասնությունների ներկայացուցիչ։ Այս պայմանի բացակայության դեպքում՝ դերասանական կազմի առնվազն 30%-ը պետք է լինեն կանայք, ռասայական, էթնիկ, սեռական փոքրամասնությունների ներկայացուցիչներ կամ սահմանափակ կարողություններով մարդիկ։

Բացի այդ, համանման չափանիշներ են տարածվել ֆիլմերի ստեղծագործական և տեխնիկական ամբողջ անձնակազմի վրա։ Չորրորդ չափանիշը ֆիլմում աշխատելու համար սկսնակներին ներգրավելու պահանջն է։

Նշենք, որ մրցանակաբաշխության 93-րդ արարողությունը տեղի կունենա 2021 թվականի փետրվարին։
