Վարչապետի պաշտոնը մոգական հատկություն ունի․ այնտեղ հայտնված մարդիկ շատ արագ կտրվում են իրականությունից, ադեկվատությունից՝ տրվելով «նորին գերազանցություն» վիճակագրության մանիպուլյատիվ էֆեկտին։ Թվում էր՝ հեղափոխությունը կկոտրի այս կարծրատիպը, ու Փաշինյանն ոչ թե թվերով, այլ իրականում կփորձի բարելավել մարդկանց կյանքի որակը։
Բայց Փաշինյանը շատ ավելի արագ հարմարվեց նախկին համակարգի իներցիային ու կառավարության վերջին նիստում նրա հնչեցրած գանահատականները, լավագույն դեպքում, ծիծաղ են առաջացնում, իսկ իրականում՝ խորը հիասթափություն։
2020 թվականի օգոստոս ամսին ՀԴՄ շրջանառությունը նվազել է ընդամենը 2,5 տոկոսով՝ 2019 թվականի օգոստոս ամսվա համեմատ՝ կառավարության երեկվա նիստում պնդել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ հերքելու համար սոցիալական կոլապսի և սոցիալական ճգնաժամի գոյությունը։
Կոլապս՝ չգիտեմ, բայց սոցիալական ճգնաժամ հաստատ կա։
Նույնիսկ մի կողմ եմ թողնում այն հանգամանքը, որ վիճվարչությունը աշխատում է իներցիայով՝ միշտ գտնելով հարմար մեթոդաբանություն օրվա իշխանության համար։ Ինձ ավելի շատ զարմացնում է այն հանգամանքը, որ Փաշինյանը գլոբալ դատողություններ է անում՝ միան ՀԴՄ շրջանառության հիմքով, ինչը նշանակում է, որ երկու և ավելի տարիների ընթացքում նա այդպես էլ չի ճանաչել այն պետությունը, որը ղեկավարում է ու չի հասկացել տնտեսությունը՝ գոնե Տնտեսագիտականի միջակ ուսանողի մակարդակում։
Երկրում հարգված տնտեսագետներից մեկը երեկ հղում էր արել իրական թվերի․ պաշտոնական վիճակագրության համաձայն՝ 2020 թվականի հուլիս ամսին նախորդ տարվա հուլիսի նկատմամբ առևտուրը նվազել է 10,4 տոկոսով, իսկ մանրածախ առևտուրը կրճատվել է 17,6 տոկոսով։ Նույն ժամանակահատվածում ծառայության ոլորտը անկում է գրանցել 21,6 տոկոս։
Այս համատեքստում անհասկանլի է, թե ինչու է պատրանքային, կեղծ իրականություն ներկայացնում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, նաև՝ այլ հարցերում։
Վարչապետը երեկ ասել է, թե այս տարի աշխատատեղերն ավելացել են մոտ 6,6 հազարով. մեկ մարդու աշխատավարձը աճել է միջինը 13,8 հազարով։ Լավ, ո՞նց հավատաս էս թվերին, եթե, ըստ տնտեսագիտական հաշվարկների, անցած ամիսներին Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը կորցրել է մոտ 500 միլիարդ դրամ։ Ինչի՞ հաշվին են ստեղծվել այդ աշխատատեղերը։
Իշխանությունը դառնում է վտանգավոր, երբ հեռանում, կտրվում է իրականությունից։ Դրա հետևանքով հարվածներ են ստանում պետությունը, աղքատության ճիրաններում հայտնվող քաղաքացիները։
