Ալկոհոլային թունավորման հետևանքով ևս մեկ մահվան դեպք է գրանցվել

Օգոստոսի 31-ից սեպտեմբերի 12-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստանում արձանագրվել է ալկոհոլային թունավորման 46 դեպք (մեթանոլ), որից 21-ը մահվան ելքով, իսկ 25-ը բուժում ստանալուց հետո դուրս է գրվել: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

 

Դժբախտ դեպքերից խուսափելու նպատակով առողջապահության նախարարությունը կոչ է անում զերծ մնալ և չօգտագործել անհայտ ծագման, ոչ գործարանային արտադրության ոգելից խմիչք։

Հիշեցում. էթիլ սպիրտից սուր թունավորման ախտանշաններն են՝ գրգռում, սրտխառնոց, փսխում, որովայնի ցավ, գլխացավ և գլխապտույտ, նիստագմ, դիպլոպիա, թույլ համակենտրոնացում, անհավասարակշռություն, քնկոտություն, ատաքսիա, կոմա, ցնցումներ, շնչառության խանգարում, ճնշման իջեցում, սրտի դանդաղ աշխատանք, մարմնի ջերմաստիճանի իջեցում, հիպոգլիկեմիա:

 

Մեթիլ սպիրտի պարագայում, կախված թունավոր նյութերի քանակությունից, թունավորման ախտանշանները կարող են ի հայտ գալ մի քանի ժամից մինչև 1-2 օրվա ընթացքում։ Հիմնական ախտանշաններն են՝ գլխապտույտ և գլխացավ, սրտխառնոց և փսխում, մկանային, հոդերի և որովայնի ցավ, գիտակցության մթագնում, քնկոտություն, լուսավախություն, սպեցիֆիկ ազդեցություն տեսողության վրա՝ ընդհուպ մինչև կուրություն, արյան մեջ հեմոգլոբինի և էրիթրոցիտների մակարդակի բարձրացում, իսկ մեզի մեջ սպիտակուցների և հիալինային գլանների հայտնաբերում։

Վերոնշյալ ախտանշանների ի հայտ գալու պարագայում անհրաժեշտ է անմիջապես դիմել բժշկի և չզբաղվել ինքնաբուժմամբ։
