Առողջապահության նախարարությունից տեղեկացնում են
SOCIETYՀաստատվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում վիրուսային հեպատիտ Ց-ով պացիենտների «Սոֆոսբուվիր/Դակլատասվիր» (Sofosbuvir/Daclatasvir) դեղերով բուժման կազմակերպման կարգը, որի շրջանակներում պացիենտներին անվճար կտրամադրվեն ուղղակի ազդող հակավիրուսային դեղերը:
Հաստատված կարգի համաձայն` «Սոֆոսբուվիր/Դակլատասվիր» դեղերով բժշկական օգնությունը և սպասարկումը տրամադրվում է 18 տարեկանից բարձր հեպատիտ Ց ախտորոշմամբ (որակական ՊՇՌ մեթոդով) պացիենտներին և լյարդի ֆիբրոզ 0–4 (Child-Pugh A, MELD <20) ունեցող պացիենտներին` հետևյալ լաբորատոր-գործիքային ախտորոշիչ հետազոտությունների արդյունքների հիման վրա.
հեպատիտ Ց վիրուսի հայտնաբերում (դրական) որակական պոլիմերազային շղթայական ռեակցիայի (ՊՇՌ) մեթոդով,
հեպատիտ Ց վիրուսի գենոտիպավորում (գենոտիպի որոշում),
ֆիբրոզի աստիճանի որոշում՝ լյարդի էլաստոգրաֆիա (ֆիբրոսկան) և/կամ APRI և/կամ FIB-4, ընդ որում, 3-րդ և 4-րդ աստիճանի ֆիբրոզի դեպքում որոշվում է նաև AFP,
արյան ընդհանուր հետազոտություն լեյկոբանաձևով, կենսաքիմիական հետազոտություն (բիլիռուբին ընդհանուր/կապված, ԱԼՏ, ԱՍՏ, ալբումին, գլյուկոզ, կրեատինին, պրոտրոմբինային ժամանակ/ինդեքս/INR),
